Why are you focusing on one thing that people sometimes say about Hasan and acting like it's representative of the usual criticisms? The 1000+ page Hasan thread has 14 posts that mention Artemis (including people saying it's a nothingburger). "Brothel" is mentioned in ~80 posts in the last year in all contexts (including general judging of him for going to a brothel at all and people clarifying the facts or asking about it because they'd never heard of it before). For reference, @Sprate Header has posted in this thread 60 times since Friday.
But for some reason you act like this incredibly minor point that represents a tiny, tiny fraction of the criticism towards him is typical. What about him abusing his dog? doubling the videos runtime doesnt automatically mean its fair use, it certainly helps but if h3 manages to show that a lot of the extra padding isnt commentary or criticism of the video and is just random bullshit then he has an argument that she shouldnt have been allowed to stream the whole video since she showed segments of it without accompanying fair use criticism.

As far as I know, none of it was on the basis of fair use. Rather, it was "reproduction of something as a whole". It's similar to how say, FIFA can take down a livestreamed niggerball event, even if a host was commenting on the game.
You don't even need to do that. Sports has something called the "hot news exception" where they can even "copyright" the score and sue over it unless you delay it. It's had its wings trimmed a bit but it's still an outrageous exception to the whole idea of copyright law.

Have we considered Dan Saltman’s long history of using prank calls for harassment? It’s possible he was the one who contacted CPS, especially since he arguably benefited most from the situation. Perhaps Ethan was hesitant in moving forward with the lawsuits, and Saltman provided the necessary 'push' to move forward. It seems like Saltman is simply using Ethan as a front for his own gayops, the timing supports this theory as the CPS call occurred after Ethan registered his work with the Library of Congress, but before he officially started any lawsuits.

One slight correction. While the LeftoversH3 community has existed for 4 years, it was dormant until after the Content Nuke came out. There was an in between subreddit being used called h3h3_productions. It was originally used for light criticism that would get banned in the official h3 sub, but became an all out snark sub after h3snark locked down for a bit. Ethan used his jew money to acquire that sub and all posts were removed, and the subreddit was closed. Only h3snark promoted links for Denims, Kacey, Frogan, etc watching the Nuke. That's why it's stupid at this point. h3snark doesn't even get used anymore, and the people he is suing are nobodies. There isn't really a victory to be had, because LeftoversH3 seems to be more brutal and more active. It also has entirely different mods. He can't sue them though, because the sub only became active after the Nuke even happened. So nothing will actually change or improve for him even if he wins this lawsuit.
