1. Most gun rights advocacy groups are 100% grifts and there are next to none in the state from what I can tell and even if it was SCOTUS hates taking on 2A cases
2. I assume most didn't think it was worth their time and money since most of the stuff covered by the law hasn't been available for sale in the state since 1994
This is the "list" from the code itself. I vaguely remember reading something when I was in the process of getting my MA LTC that the entire list was "including but nor limited to" the things listed here but it appears that has since been amended to just the "revolving cylinder shotguns".
