By suing Peter, they have inadvertently dropped their names lol. They are also asking for court summons meaning that they will have to show up to a court in Minnesota.
The lawyer representing this case is Andrew Stephen Dosdall.
I do not know much about the law and anyone that knows much more is welcome to provide context on this. It appears that the cause of action is 28 U.S.C. § 1332 Diversity-Contract Dispute. I assume that Eli Adams and Reyna Balboa do not have much of a case here as this seems to be poorly thought out.

The problem with Eli Adams is that he twists the narrative while also love bombing his own group with lies. The game is owned by a third party going by Pariet, who Soul has sold the game to for 1.4 million dollars as admitted by Hytok0 only to then lie about owning the game. It appears that Eli Adams being mostly in control, intends to cut off SoulDrivenLove from the project but is doing this in a way that can easily backfire onto him.
Apparently the dev of Shinboi Legends and Anime apocalypse is a pedo (?). Zombiey won't link the document which is sus. It's nowhere in the gamerchicken discord since thats the server hes in. Can't exactly find it on twitter since those two titles are very vague and pull up a lot of shit.

Hytoko is framing people that have been in contact with SoulDrivenLove as terrible people despite WIRING HIM 45,000 DOLLARS WHILE CONTINUING TO BE IN CONTACT WITH HIM. Stay watchful of Hytoko, he will post stuff his sperging then delete it. @Lieutenant Rasczak has made a thread relating to this lawsuit.
I'm surprised no one's brought it up yet, but there's been an exploit going around for atleast a month now on roblox regarding captures. I'm too tired to pull up sources at the moment, but apparently if you go into a game, the developers can spam you asking for permission over captures, and if allowed (misclicks and maybe something else?) are for some reason able to use your account to upload whatever deplorable content they want in order to get you banned.
People are randomly getting their accounts terminated after accidentally allowing captures for things such as CSA material and terrorism despite never uploading anything. It doesnt properly show up, unlike when roblox links other things on your account in your termination message, probably due to it's nature of being an exploit and not a proper capture upload, or so I remember from what I read/heard. Captures cost robux to upload I think(?) and these people never recieve any robux related charges.
People are not only losing their accounts, they're facing legal trouble potentially over things they never even did. I know I talked a bit out of my ass here but I keep forgetting to actually post about it when I have the energy so at this point I'd rather just post about it so that you can all atleast know that this is going on, especially for those here who play the game.
Edit: seems roblox fixed it less than a week ago. Most people are still banned though. The fact that it took roblox over a month to fix it...
The ones who are generally escape containment because they get sick of the bullshit the corporation itself pulls with the engine (see: Lethal Company). The rest that stick around are either too autistic to leave, too exploitative to not want to target children, or both.
After seeing this, I asked @neu if he could provide the IntelX logs containing these emails, which he did. (They will be attached)
The IntelX logs revealed extra emails, his passwords, his current and former addresses, his search history (horrifying results which I will highlight), and information on him and his parents (note that Chinese niggas write their surnames first so his name appears as Jiang Jiaxing / Jiang Jia Xing rather than Jia Xing Jiang).

After we confirmed his name, @Bullet Kin found his and his mother's faces as well as his Canadian Citizenship Certification.
