Mossad already has near-impunity to operate anywhere on the planet for fear of American intelligence agencies showing up to bully whoever begs them to be reasonable, and not just an open-air mafia. Outside of the liberty to shoot people in their living rooms for criticizing Israel on Twitter (they can probably already do this) I don't know how many more privileges Mossad can possibly be granted.
