Lol, fucking Reddit.
Does she realize what she's implying?
That niggers with guns are a problem and white people with guns aren't. I agree AoC! Let's see what the data says. Place your bets!

These were the clearest numbers I could find. Vermont lays it out there, New York tried to hide it behind "mental health episodes".
Ahhh El ogré de Americans!

AOC says guns have different outcomes in rural Vermont compared to Brownsville, Brooklyn.
Dunk on her for being an idiot, but what she is saying about guns makes perfect sense. In rural vermont guns are more a hunting and safety thing, in urban areas they are more for committing crimes.

I think that's what she means at least. It's hard to pay much attention to her when she says so much stupid retarded shit, but the gun comment is actually pretty smart in comparison. I think she's saying you can't push urban understanding on rural people and you can't push rural understanding on urban people without some better messaging. I THINK that's what she's saying, i could be wrong though.

The judge in the Charlie Kirk murder trial has ruled cameras WILL be allowed in the courtroom for the ENTIRE duration of the trial, set to begin in July

Tyler Robinson's attorneys were fighting HARD against cameras being allowed in.

Fuck that nigger faggot and his attorneys. I hope he gets death. And now, we get to watch it all, LIVE

Little Green Footballs was a conservative, anti-muslim political blog where a lot of the big names from back then got their start and would hang out. Pamela Gheller for example used to post there, although no one remembers her nowadays, she was a boogie man on the left, a conservative who didn't worship and love the New Niggers from the Sand Dunes after they were allowed to kill a few thousand Americans.

But post-Obama the leader had a Come to Jesus moment, decided Obama and the Permablue Liberalreich would make being to the right of Mao impossible, and went full on pants on head retarded.

Oh wow that's a callback, I remember going there all the time after Charles broke the Rathergate lie where he took down Dan Rather for the Bush 43 smear with the typewriter during the '04 election. It was my first journey into online politics having been a Rushbaby and finally getting my own computer at the end of high school. I remember how he went slowly more liberal and even someone like Romney wasn't good enough in '12, then just went crazy and stabbed Ace of Spades in the back and started leaving a "please tip me and support my work" after every blog article he made.

Little Green Footballs
Holy crap I haven't heard of that name in a long time. If I remember correctly then the founder claimed to be Liberal Democrat (of the time) who was mugged by reality (9-11). I knew he had the break down but i didn't expect it to still be up. Also wasn't he a proto-Internet Athiest too? I seem to remember him a bit perturbed by Bush's use of religious wording in speeches. It could be some else though it was over 20 years ago.

I bring the above up becuase the admin of LGF had an infamous lolcow tier spergout where he posted some long screed where he declared the GOP dead, that they would have to spend "30 years in the political wilderness" to ever have a chance of winning a national election again. He then purged everyone on his blog that wasn't "neutral" and tried to turn it into DailyKOS (another name I haven't heard since pre-2016) only indie.
Reminds me of Hotair.com's total collapse some years after Michelle Malkin sold it to Salem Communications in 2010 and the site's authors became more and more openly antagonistic to the commenters. By the 2011 primary season, most people just came there to chat (very like this thread, actually) and nobody even read the articles anymore (very like A&N, actually).

The site's writers were really anti-Sarah Palin, pro-Romney types, iirc, and they all went absolutely nuts around the time Trump showed up in 2015. Around that time they killed the comment section by forcing everyone to sign up with Facebook accounts, and everyone left for a few different sites the more frequent commenters created as a fuck-you to Hotair. I think one of the sites was called Hotgas, which Rick Perry called Hotair during a debate or something back in 2012.

Anyway, I assume the site is dead now, I haven't heard of it since 2016. Hell of a fall from grace; one of the writers was instrumental in killing Dan Rather's hoax (Allahpundit, I think?) with the Texas guard documents he faked. But that's lolbertarians for you, they always eventually seethe and resent their audience until it destroys them. Very female-brained, lolbertarians.

Edit: It was Allahpundit; Mary Mapes blamed him for killing Dan Rather's fake document hoax

They were at one point the Rightwing answer to DailyKOS, now that you mention it.

Hotair.com? They're still around. Allahpundit got canned in 2022 though. Another of Salem Media's sites, Redstate (which IIRC also had a reputation for being super pro-Romney and anti-Ron Paul back in the 2012 election), had problems similar to what befell HotAir but got over it more quickly - the NeverTrump types got purged a lot earlier than Allahpundit, pretty much right after he won the primaries & they started babbling about how voting Democrat to spite him was such a great idea. I think some of them might've ended up at The Bulwark or The Resurgent (founded by Erick Erickson after he left Redstate right before that went down, dead now).

Thats exactly what her poorly articulated statement was. But that begs a bigger question. Why do we need different definitions or 'gun laws' for urban "people" vs rural people? Hmmm...I wonder...hmmm what could possibly be different?

To be fair, he would’ve been 100% correct were it not for Trump, and I’m not gonna begrudge anyone for failing to predict that a real estate mogul turned reality TV star would do a hostile takeover of the Republican Party and reshape it in his image.

it's remarkable how quickly the gop found its way, and it echos what bill clinton did to the dnc in the 90s.

It is the main reason i'm so excited about the next decade or so, we have a real chance to shut the dems out of power for a generation. I thought trump would be a foot in the door to force it open for us, but he's shaping up to be more than that. This Iran stuff is still a bit up in the air, but that's the only thing stopping us from really slamming the door on the dems.

The Iran stuff is worth it, don't get me wrong, we get a chance to completely reshape the middle east and if it's handled right, the GCC or whatever can really turn that place into something very few could have seen coming.
