Everything in this list is a) false and b) something that he thinks about constantly. I just don't see a world where if she wasn't fat that we wouldn't have proof. He would either whine and cry and beg for her to pop in on stream, or take a picture that was allegedly for some other purpose but that she was in somehow, he would find a way. The banjo ditty “Katherine is Dead” was my favorite and I think will likely be overall winner but there were 5-6 others I really enjoyed, with barely any stinkers. The 100 Gecs homage was another one that I’ve been thinking about since I first heard it. It is really impressive what Phil inspires in his detractors.

I disagree. Phil used to REALLY hate e-whore streamers. They get money for existing. Phil deserves all the money for existing. He's not affected by any woman's appearance because he is gay.
I strongly doubt that Phail's dislike of e-whores wasn't out of some moral outrage, but the fact that he couldn't soak dents using the same strategies.
