He's also a big fat fucking liar who cannot open his mouth without bullshit flowing out of it, so the level of care he's getting is undoubtedly not as high as he's saying. He's at least partly playing pretend to try to make people angry. Since moving to the crack shack he has yet to share any evidence that someone is providing 1:1 care, no pictures, no videos, no voice recordings, just him claiming he is. We all know how trustworthy Andy's word is.

Actually let me stop you right there, in one of his recent recordings like a month or two ago there was a recording of him talking to a cop with a caregiver in the background who says that he has 24/7 care. So unfortunately as much as I wish it wasn't true that's the deal, he's currently being taken care of by sunrise home Care in Erie. Plus he also had a video where he showed the black lady standing there when the cops showed up to his place saying "hey look I have a caregiver." So a lot of what he has been saying recently seemed to hold some weight unfortunately..
I guarantee you if someone were to come up to one of those caregivers as they walked out of Andrew's house and show them a kiwi tapes documentary about them all hell will break loose and everything will start falling apart.
I mean what would the average person do if they find out that he was faking the whole time by watching a video about him. I'm pretty sure they'll probably be like oh hell no and make a huge stink at their manager or something.

Per the year-long PA APS investigation that concluded in August 2025, Andy:
-Does NOT have autism, or any other developmental disorders, and therefore does NOT require a group home or any other services for DD adults. Per collateral from NY, he researched and fakes the symptoms.
-Does NOT qualify for the 56 hours of community care waiver services he was getting; nor does he need institutionalization in lieu of.
-Is NEITHER bladder NOR bowel incontinent, BUT has a diaper fetish. Fully capable of changing his own diapers or choosing not to wear them at all.
-INTENTIONALLY presents as less capable than he is, and has no motivation to improve his situation.
PA can't bill Medicare/Medicaid, so they'll just do the bare minimum to keep him off the streets.

sad thing is, we DO still have mental facilities: but we do not have enough, but not all were closed. many were due to the abuse and neglect, and yes, i agree they should have not been closed, they should have fixed the problems within them. we need to re-open the ones that were closed though. We need more pro-active mental health treatment in this country. The reality is there are people who need to be in a mental facility, yes, we do still have them; but we dont have enough of them, and it takes an act of god these days to get someone involuntarily committed. this whole: community inclusion, and least restrictive environment, freedom of choices to choose to get help or not is complete BS: by default, this person and people like them are incompetent and incapable or making rational sound choices. they need treatment and monitoring.
yep, Amanda baggs and her friend Laura, both in Vermont, Thomas wood, new Hampshire, but there was a lady in the news in Texas or Tennessee a few years back who faked being autistic to get caregivers to change her diapers - she supposedly got caught and arrested for her crimes.

The vast amount of the autism charity fraud is imported shitskins defrauding the government, which have been flooded into northern (Democrat) states like Maine and Minnesota. Individuals like those you mentioned are a drop in the bucket, but the word definite;y got out in all of these immigrant communities that you could defraud big bucks with autism diagnosis, and there are entire cottage industries now set up around the fraud, with nonprofits, kickbacks and money laundering to boot. The extent of the fraud is staggering.

That's part of why after he got rejected for OPWDD services for the 26th time, destroyed in a Fair Hearing and told he wouldn't get another because it would be going over the same shit, he switched tactics to trying to force NYS to appoint Tawm his guardian.
The problem is, the powers that be only got it half right. It's supposed to be least restrictive environment in which the patient poses no danger to themself or others. Amby is a walking biological hazard, and for that reason alone he should be committed.
Amby often does repeat things he doesn't understand, and thus he's right, but for the wrong reasons.
I really don't think he is capable of truly independent living, and that was clear ever since he was 6-8, and doctors then said he was likely to develop future pathologies, and it was doubtful Tawm and Mawm could provide Andy the structure he needed.
He's been doing it so long, he actually does run the risk of fucking up his intestines so badly, he becomes incontinent.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but we don't know where the cop got that information either. It's very likely that Andy himself, who probably calls the police every other day, told them he's getting 24 hour care.
Obviously he IS getting care. He's had caregivers for a very long time. I have a hard time believing it's 24 hour though.
