Sort of. The NFZ works more like a insurance system. Hospitals and clinics sign contracts with the NFZ, and the NFZ pays for medical services (fully or partially) if you’re insured, you have to pay to be insured, unless you are a child, pensioned, student or unable to take care of yourself.
If you are an adult then part of your salary is deducted by your employer without you having to do anything, so if you have a job you are insured, If you’re unemployed or own a business you have to pay contributions on your own to stay covered.. Hospitals would still have to treat you if you have a medical emergency but you will have to pay out of pocket, i mention all this to point up that Bambi is likely NOT insured.
What Bambi needs done would be considered cosmetic surgery, which is not covered by insurance. If her life was genuinely in danger (which it likely was at some point), the hospital would treat the emergency, but not the cosmetic aspects. Besides that, liquid silicone cannot be completely removed and it spreads around the body, It causes chronic inflammation that flares up unpredictably, that’s why she sometimes looks significantly more fucked up in certain videos than others. The scarring is permanent. She is never going to look hurman again.
From her TikTok videos and Discord screenshots, she already had multiple surgeries to drain some of the silicone. In several videos, she has massive fresh scars on her face. According to the Isaac Uncooked video, she’s would cut herself up and try to remove parts of her face. her cheeks already looked fucked before looking like an alien, so I find that believable. Even if she somehow got the money for proper medical care, it probably wouldn’t change much. There are videos of her still injecting DIY silicone into her already destroyed face, there is at least 1 now deleted stream where she injects silicone and one of her tiktok videos mentions she wont stop injecting because she is starting to look better.
In one of her TikToks, she mentioned needing money to go to the US because someone there is willing to give her housing and the fundraiser was created the day she was kicked out, So I assume that’s what the funds are actually for, This brooklyn person that made the fundraiser is also the one that makes the tiktok videos and talks in the kick streams, the streams and tiktok vids are really mean to bambi so who knows what the real intentions are.
Based on the Discord discussed here and Elva having reoccurring viewers on Kick, I'd say this rabbit hole goes a little deeper than on the surface. I would guess Elva is a personal lolcow of some self-hating troons (but I repeat myself) or their fetish object. Either way it's clear there is a community behind Elva hyping him up.

Elva has been a somewhat niche internet figure for a while, but the recent surge in viewers is likely due to TikTok and some people reacting to her, i found videos about elva on Youtube, but the only one with anything of value is the Isaac uncooked one.
Does anyone here know if there used to be VODs available on her Kick page? I believe Kick automatically deletes streams after a week, but it's possible the person running the account deleted them manually. A couple of weeks ago (April 14th), the same day she uploaded a TikTok claiming she was homeless, people in the comments were saying they were "worried" because of "how the stream ended."
