Crime D4vd Arrested for Murder of Celeste Rivas - Groomer turned baby mama murderer finally gets comeuppance

Singer D4vd has been arrested for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was found dead in Hollywood in the trunk of his Tesla in September.

According to the LAPD, D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, was arrested by the Robbery-Homicide Division for the murder of Hernandez and is being held without bail. The case will be presented to the District Attorney’s office on Monday for filing consideration.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed they were investigating a trip the 21-year-old took to the Santa Barbara area sometime during the spring of 2025 following Hernandez’s death. A spokesman for the musician said in September that he was “fully cooperating with authorities,” though as of Nov. 18 NBC Los Angeles reported Burke was no longer cooperating with law enforcement.

Officers were called to a tow yard on Sept. 8 following reports of a foul odor coming from the car, which had been on the property for several days. Police found a dismembered body that had been placed inside of a bag in the front trunk of the vehicle.

The car was registered in Hempstead, Texas to Burke and impounded after being abandoned in the Hollywood Hills, where neighbors complained of a rotting smell. As of Sept. 9, the case was being treated as a death investigation.

Hernandez was reported missing from her home in Lake Elsinore, Calif., last year. She was last seen in April 2024, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. After her body was found, police said that because a manner of death had not been determined.

Shortly after the discovery, Burke quietly canceled his U.S. tour and postponed the promotion of his deluxe album.

For that you will have to enter the gossip areas where people are scouring for the newest information both credible and complete bullshit and just get kinda addicted to them for a bit. Unfortunately the places that means is usually the places like Reddit, and TikTok, and probably even Discord. I know the subreddit formerly dedicated for fans of D4vd, d4vdiots, has turned into a place to discuss the shitshow this has become. Haven’t really looked into any TikTok accounts.

Avoid YouTube. At this point they are all content thieves and grifters who rarely share any unique information they have found on their own. They act more like a place to aggregate and report what other people found instead. At least in my opinion. Tiktokers are actually competitive as shit and fighting to be the first to find the latest gossip. You just have to sift through all the trash AI slop accounts and dogshit UI.

Parents have been allowing teen daughters to fuck famous musicians/actors since time immemorial. Look at Priscilla Presley, and if you go backstage at any "current" popular or upcoming band you'll find scores of young ladies that are underage attempting to fuck the band members. When I was in HS in Southern CA, an acquaintance skipped school for weeks to tour with a very well-known band that wasn't as well-known at the time. She was 14 and she absolutely fucked one or two members of the band. Where was her Mom? Well, her Mom had done the same thing as a teen and she thought it was character-building.

Even parents who otherwise sorta give a shit can get $$ in their eyes when their kid shacks up with an older rich/famous person. I'm not saying I agree at all, but I am guessing Celeste's Mom/Sister/Support system convinced themselves that Celeste would be taken care of by David and so much better-off financially than if she stayed in Lake Elsinore (very impoverished area).
