I'm looking further into the analysis about the the FTI and FBI not producing evidence that the defense needs.
I think it's important to be accurate on the facts, so I'm producing a counter to what I wrote previously. In this case I said it's suspicious that the FBI didn't produce the main evidence, like access to the gun and Tyler's phone.
In the hearing (I listened to the first 20%), the judge asked for the defense to make more specific what parts they need for the defense.
Looking into it further one of those lawtubers did an analysis:
One of the things worth pointing out is that some of the defense requests are completely unreasonable. For example, they ask both the source code of STRmix and their databse contents. STRmix is the australia developed forensic testing that is used to match DNA in this case. The FBI doesn't have the source code. The database has 19 million convicted DNA samples in it.
To me that sounds like an unreasonably large request and that may be the defensible part of the FBI not producing those parts that the defense requests.
I still think not producing the phone is suspicious, as well as the discord message that seems to have been sent after he was in custody and the apparent nickname change that mismatches between documents.

It's an understandable point of view, though not quite correct. In any case, I rarely if ever post bait, and none in this thread.
There is a group of people who are only interested in the conviction of Tyler Robinson and either have a disinterest in, or actively want to shut down examination into a larger conspiracy (whether feds, israel or antifa).
A portion of these, knowing they have no cause for removing me from the thread (a handful have verbalised both their wish to remove me, and the fact that there are no grounds for it), have resigned to downrate every single post I make, regardless of content.
I think everyone should have an interest in the case considering the importance of it. Who posts links to the actual live court case? Who tries to make the facts and evidence available so that you can make up your own mind?
More people should be engaged. They're not. My suggestion is that it's for some disillusionment about what it means that they were wrong and disingenuous agenda pushing by others.
Also with more real evidence coming out now and notably, a lack of certain things being produced, I'd say we're at the beginning of a turning point, where more and more people will see the current case as a farce.
And for clarity, I think Tyler Robinson is guilty, but I doubt he's the only one and I doubt he's the one to put the bullet into charlie, considering how many times details have changed around it to make him fit as a lone gunman.

1. We can be pretty confident he's dead because we saw him bleed out live on a stream
2. You can see paramedics try to get to the car that Charlie was put in, and you can see them get stopped and turned away in one of the live videos.
3. Because his security was in on it and it was part of the plan.
No idea about the other questions. Interesting to look into.
