That's more the Metro trying to be snarky about the sales with a clickbait headline, the article content quoted shows the opposite. If they had approximately 120k books stocked and they're all as good as sold, between actual product in customer's hands(18k) and what are basically backorders(105k stock previously underordered by retailers and now ordered to meet demand), then that's actually a good result.
There is the little caveat of wholesaler purchases, which means that technically a lot of those can go unsold, but if there's enough demand to warrant the entire stock being bought up straight away the chances are pretty slim that that will happen to the extent that the book can be called a flop.
As much as people want to see a high profile flop, they'll likely have to wait until september for Zoe Quinn's to come out.

What could possibly be in it that's different from all the other shit he puts out? It's not like there's going to be some major revelation about his life or deep philosophical pondering on the nature of sucking dick in England. At least not any more than he's already said, every day, 24 hours a day. I'd honestly be amazed if it was more than just "copy paste my entire twitter history in order."

It's exactly what you'd expect. It's just Milo going on about Milo and how everyone (the left, the alt-right, feminists, the media hate him. Literally. The chapter titles are "Why X hates me") because he's just too goddamn edgy for everyone. And it's utterly boring. The only fun thing about Milo's shenanigans was seeing some hapless reporter or feminist freaking out because someone dared to say the word faggot out loud. Without a reaction it's just tedious.

I figured a few people would want to know what is in the book, so after I finished it and I went through and wrote a small summary of what each chapter is. It is what the think it is going to be, a lot of it is Milo writing himself up to be some amazing person and some super genius troll in each chapter.
I would recommend Ben Shapiro books, as they are just a better bang for your buck. Ben is a far better writer and offers greater insights than just "I'm a troll".
