Fucking lol. I've been about 10 pages behind for the last week because more shit keeps happening and I can't read it all at once. I think it's already been covered but as far as Dr. Steve, he is a legitimate doctor but I think he only worked in hospice care. And here's a specific Dershowitz example. There's an ethical rule that if you know a client is guilty, you can't ethically advance arguments based on the client's lack of guilt. So according to Dershowitz himself, what he does is tell the client up front that there's this ethical rule, and that if he knows they're guilty, he can't advance an argument based on innocence. Then he lets them think that over before deciding what story to tell him.

I.e. "if you're guilty lie to me." But without saying that.
