I disagree because I think companies like Blackrock would buy up all the houses and keep the prices up unless we do something to have it not make financial sense for them to do so. But it certainly wouldn't hurt, and yes, regardless of what it would do to housing prices, all of the illegals and most of the ones that got in legally have to go back. I had the misfortune of working in tech for 15 years and I can assure you there's no such thing as a high skilled jeet.

I do feel like there should be a higher qualification threshold for men on an asylum/protection claim than on women or children, but that's more of a conversation for after we get rid of all the anti-western lunatics flooding in and stealing everything.

It started before October 7th. I remember the first quarter of 2023 was when we started seeing bad videos of immigrants doing shit going viral. We know damn well from 2020 that they're able to kill that stuff in the crib if they want or for some reason they chose to do the oppossite.

The guy with the lake house is totally the reason why you can't afford a house. It's definitely not the 100 million immigrants with federally subsidized mortgages who commit welfare/tax fraud and/or have six-figure do-nothing jobs.

Even if you're talking about investment properties, someone still has to live in them or else they're a massive drain due to property taxes. Fix the root cause instead of engaging in socialist nonsense.

I specified "multiple" homes in my post, I don't think anyone should be taxed for owning a single home.

Yes, people live in the investment homes landlords own, but that's the problem. Instead of being able to build equity by owning their own home, young people (which I, regrettably, don't count as any more) are having to flush all their money down the drain on rent because it's all they can afford to do. There are some circumstances where people might *want* to rent rather than own, but a lot of younger people these days simply don't have the choice. This is the real "socialist nonsense", where the end goal is to have everyone living in rental pods.

I said this in another reply but I'll say it again just to be clear: Illegals are part of the problem and they all have to go back. Furthermore, I'd like most of not all of the "legal" ones to go back too, they're just as big of parasites as the illegals in the vast majority of cases.
