So Nick is willing to go on record....that Dr Steve violated HIPPA by discussing Melton's medical information with a non responsible party? Or will Dr Steve produce a form that the pedo signed allowing him to release information to Nick and therefore confirming he did in fact practice medicine in a state that he was not licensed in. No matter which way you spin it, some laws were broken.
I could have sworn I watched a clips of this, but I cannot find it. Was it posted here and not one of the clip channels?

"Brian Johnson, attorney Brian Johnson of Hennepin County in Minneapolis, Minnesota, lied to the court under oath, because lawyers are officers of the court and are always under oath, uh, when they're representing a client. [...]
This is complete bullshit. Nick has no clue what he's talking about and probably slept through ethics. Unless a lawyer is sworn in as a witness, he is not, strictly speaking, "under oath." Now, a lawyer is bound by the professional oath he took as part of the licensing process, but it's a different oath.

This doesn't mean a lawyer can just lie to the court without facing penalties. There are civil, criminal, and disciplinary penalties for lying to the court (or making bad faith or objectively unreasonable arguments).

But to give a specific example that pretty much speaks for itself, why would they bother swearing in a lawyer as a witness when he is one, if they're already under oath anyway?

Nick is a fucking idiot and needs to do more CLE and less Galaxy Gas.

A probation violation has hit the docket. Rekieta has admitted to the court that he missed drug tests on March 16 and April 3.

Nick, in admitting missing the tests, has accepted a sanction of a) increased drug testing and b) 16 hours of community service completed in the next month in lieu of confinement.

Just what Nick needs heading into a TRO hearing, evidence that he cannot abide by court orders. In other courts this would be a problem. In Candyass County MN the judge will order nobody to talk about it.

Since this is a civil trial, and Nick will testify, they can totally ask him about the doctor's note and he cannot weasel out and plead the 5th or some bullshit.
Actually you can plead the Fifth in a civil trial, if your testimony could lead to criminal exposure, but unlike in a criminal trial, the other side can argue this is evidence your answers would have been incriminating.

The judge could even find against you from the bench, ruling that whatever fact you refused to testify about is established, and if there's a jury, instructing them so.

Cocaine, Lean, and Ethanol? Far easier than keeping up with your supposed professional field.

I think the HRO case is in Stearns county where Toeboy lives. But it's still in Minnesota and the judge has already donned clownshoes when they defined the price of one (1) Kayla Nude Unit.

Why is he writing like a girl

If he loses the HRO to Aaron, he might OD on stream.
If he wins or loses the hro doesn't matter. Cause he'll get fucked up either way in celebration or cope.

Literally we're going to get the smug rekieta or seethe rekieta with the result of the hro. Entertainment no matter what.

Nick literally had the easiest probation possible and still fucked it up

True, but a suffering balldo is more tolerable than a smug one.

So Nick was only getting tested every 2 weeks? That's plenty of time to go on a bender with most substances and have it all wash out of your system, right? If they're going to step that up to weekly, things might get interesting. Maybe we'll see Nick hitting the Galaxy Gas harder since its half-life is instantaneous.

Nick has no clue what he's talking about and probably slept through ethics.
I'll probably mix up the details if I try repeating the full story, but my all-time favorite Rekieta lore is when he botched a group project meant to teach ethics because he ignored all the instructions, unethically spied on the other group, and then focused solely on getting the best results regardless of how he was behaving. The professor tore him a new asshole in front of the whole class for his shenanigans.

Mind you, we only know about this because Nick himself repeated the story while framing his professor as a monster. He's basically the villain from Billy Madison stammering when asked to answer a basic question about ethics.

From what I've read about these substances you can binge 2 days straight of cocaina and amphetamines and you will piss clean in 24-72hrs with ease.
Cannabis is the hardest to flush out, it shows for a week in piss and months in hair follicles.
If you try to water detox the piss test it counts as failed test. Everywhere in world expect in an imaginary state called Minnesota.

He only missed being tested those two times -- he might theoretically be tested more frequently... but unlikely given him bragging about his parole officer... oh, wait. He might have been lying.
