Holy shit! They got a Dr's note from Paliative Care/Hospice Specialist?
"So tell me doctor how did you come to diagnose the litigants back pain"
"I see dead people"

This could get interesting. Paliative Care Specialists are allowed to exceed the DEA rules and guidelines regarding prescription pain killers. They treat terminal patients who are out of medical options and are just being kept as comfortable as possible until the end. So they are allowed to be a bit freer with the Morphine and Percoset. Etc.

To a point. Being seen partying in Vegas and writing questionable doctors notes for something like Nick can end very very badly for Dr. Steve. You do not want any questions about such things showing up with your DEA number. What the hell is Dr. Steve thinking?

Sean just said on his most recent stream that A TN lawyer can't practice medicine in NV unlicensed and could be a problem for Steve. Maybe this situation will result in a former Lawyer and a former Doctor.

Dr. Steve is about to go on a very rough ride thanks to Nicky Crackets. If Steve had sense he'd get a lawyer lined up in case someone rats to the state board or DEA.

I also remember all the Funimation gossip and dirt he was going to drop if Vic lost... Thinking back to his 'source', Nick probably burned them by talking too much shite online and that is why the lien dried up.
I eventually settled on the belief that he's a lying faggot, and he didn't have shit, but I suppose your theory could be true too.

He could lose his license over this!
Maybe, but I think the most pressing concern right now is that a fraud may have indeed be perpetrated upon the court... by the Melton/Rekieta side. It'll be really interesting to see if this goes anywhere, or Minnesota will find another way to just not give a shit.

Either way, it's endlessly FUNNY AND WEIRD how billigerant Nick gets when his opponents are on-target.

Obviously Melton is dying (RIP)

I just watched MLC and he went over Tookie and "Dr." Steve talking about HIPAA and I can't believe a guy who has had 30 years of HIPAA training would fuck all of this up. "It's privileged".....lol
Does anyone have a clip of this? I'm interested in seeing it. Sean also said during his stream that Dr. Steve had a weird reaction during the podcast.

What’s funny is that he’s blaming Steel Toe for this but it was rumored all weekend that Dr. Steve was going to write him a note. Everyone heard it before the event was even over. This isn’t on Aaron.

It is Aaron's fault because HE is the one who is trying to get a restraining order against Patrick Melton, without Aaron there would be no hearing and no need for a note at all.

Yes. That is a huge issue. But what I am talking about has the potential to be much worse for Dr Steve. As a Physician you never want the DEA asking questions about how you use your DEA number. They grant exceptions to the rules and relax the oversight a little for certain types of care. Particularly Paliative. But the counterpoint to that is if anything odd regarding a Paliative Care practitioner comes to their attention. Like public association with a large group of well publicly known heavy drug users at a Las Vegas lost weekend for example. they're gonna analy probe you like an Area 51 Alien. And this is above and beyond your state medical license. This can and will end your ability to write prescriptions, either controlled substances or more broadly. Just for being investigated. If they find anything concerning its much worse.

This is one of those "Why the Holy Fuck would you do this for some internet edgelord" levels of stupidity. It's not like it's an involuntary association. I've seen many Doc's need to explain "yeah that's my Brother in Law. I keep all my prescription pads tripple locked and anything I write gets verified through my fingerprint on my phone, so he gets nothing. But you still gotta do Christmas dinner". The Feds are normally ok with that so long as the only thing you ever write Uncle Stewie is an antibiotic for his embarrassing social disease. But This is willfully associating with these retards. Why the fuck would you do this as an MD, let alone a Hospice Doc?

Why would you risk you nigga ass license on claiming that some jackass was okay?
Imagine telling the medical board......"You don't get it. Aaron is bad. He beats his wives and uses the restraining order system like a woman. Therefore I had to practice medicine without a license so Patrick Melton can own Aaron.....If you can take a look at Exhibit A, this is a chart prepared by an autistic guy from New Zealand that Aaron is scientifically proven to be unfunny."

What the hell is Dr. Steve thinking?
"Maybe Moody and Melton will think I'm cool and have me on TLP next year. Nick already told me I was sooooooo cool and that I am not a nerd."

Be interesting to know how much prescription happy pills Doctor Bumwrecker hands out and who to. TN SID might have some idea already. Or is TN no better than MN when it comes to investigation and enforcement?
Would Dr. Steve give Nick an abusable amount of prescription pills as a way to stay cool with the Dabblers?

He wrote Melton a BS Dr's note to help him get out of court so I wouldn't put it past him...
