Feedback GIPHY integration for Kiwi Farms

I and many others on the Internet love a good GIF reaction, but it seems like a waste of server space to upload the same GIF over and over (which is likely to happen for any popular/widely-applicable GIF). With GIPHY integration:

• We won't have to waste server space with the same GIF over and over
• Easier integration for people coming over from other websites (who could become potential True & Honest or even Kiwi Gold!)
• Brings some more modernness and levity to the Kiwi Farms
• Quick, funny way to reply to posts

Null is seriously turning something probably a couple people did into something everyone will want to do to bully him through the Streisand effect, how can he not see how much worse he's gonna make it for no reason?
