It is unknown what she wants, but it is obvious that she is leading a personal army of people far beyond her control. She will eventually suffer from this attention in some way some how.
 
One of the writers, Wil/spumoniiee, put out a Google doc response yesterday that I haven't seen posted here. It got very little traction and every retweet was just people who clearly hadn't read it telling her to kill herself. She makes it very clear that she believes Ren but provides a few interesting details that Ren left out of her story.

Ren says: Kat was the main culprit on the Pressure team who hated and villainised her, persuaded everyone that Zeal had been "forced to fire" her and later that she had assaulted him, not the other way round. They also committed the crime of smiling awkwardly and making a quick getaway when Ren approached them at RDC.
Left out: Kat actually used to be close friends with Ren but grew strained by her obsessive and boundary crossing behaviour, until one day Ren confessed her love and Kat didn't reciprocate. Ren responded by blocking Kat and trying to reverse the situation to Zeal, saying that Kat was the one who made her uncomfortable. When that didn't work to get Kat kicked from the team, Ren moved to a different Katless team chat where she would constantly have meltys and insult everyone, including Zeal and Wil.

Ren says: She approached Zerum and Kat at RDC with only pure and friendly intentions to make up. She did not harass them at all, they were cold to her for no reason!
Left out: Ren was displaying manic behaviour and at one point cornered Kat alone to beg to be unblocked on Discord. During the whole trip she was also sending obsessive messages to her friends about how much she hated Zerum and Kat and wanted them to suffer, including while she was walking with them! Said friends also told them about Ren ripping up and throwing away the stickers they gave her.

Ren says: Her friends were so loving and supportive of her struggles, heating up food for her, scratching her head affectionately and so on.
Left out: Ren's behaviour was making them understandably uncomfortable the whole time, and they saw through her suicide baiting as manipulation. As stated they ended up snitching on her behaviour to the Pressure team, and after the award ceremony fiasco they were very much sick of her shit. One of them was so scared by her that they didn't even attend the ceremony - it appears she is still deluded about this part.

This is a summary of the doc to my understanding.
Ren tried asking Kat out but was declined. Ren resonded by "[attempting] to compromise Kat's position".

There was also frustrations between Ren and others too. Zeal told Ren to stop leaking the song and Ren lashed out. She later distanced herself from the group and quit.

According to the doc, here are some things that have happened.
1. Ren and Zeal had a sexual encounter with each other a day or so prior and Ren reportedly
was telling everyone around her about it and that she “felt nothing.” I was under the impression
that this was consensual due to how it was described to me and Ren’s attitude towards it. At no
point did Ren mention sexual misconduct on Zeal’s end.

2. Pink, Yellow and Grey were deeply uncomfortable with this and Ren’s general behavior, and
were absolutely done with Ren and anything to do with them after the night of the Innovation
Awards. Pink stated that they wanted nothing to do with Ren ever again, because they felt that
Ren was being manipulative and attempting to suicide bait them.

3. After stating their discomfort with Ren, Ren then attempted to get into their Hotel room and
had to be asked to leave.

4. I was told that Grey didn’t even attend the awards ceremony because they were terrified of
interacting with Ren.

7. Closing

I will not be returning to Pressure. I will not support its development or Zeal in any capacity. .

Over time, I’ve experienced ongoing stress within the team dynamic that became difficult for me to manage healthily, the expectations around work combined with how much I personally took on, led to a situation where I was consistently overextending myself. While the project has been important to me and has supported me in many ways, my personal experience working within the project has ultimately not been sustainable.

With everything that came to light recently, I no longer feel able to continue working in or representing this project. It's not something i can personally stand behind or manage.

I faced massive amounts of unprofessionalism over the extent of my time on this team, and i tolerated treatment that I should not have tolerated. I thought this was just how Zeal talked to people. I was made aware of his treatment of Kat, but Kat repeatedly insisted not to say anything about it and that they would handle it. I was told not to speak for either her or Kat, and I did not want to compromise their positions on the game. I thought it was just me, Kat and Zerum. I thought it was because we were writers. I thought that writers were seen as lesser on teams like this. Now I am being informed that this treatment has been extended to literally any fem presenting person on this team.

I do not expect sympathy from this. I allowed myself to be intimidated by Zeal’s status, and I do not deserve pity. I am simply posting these screenshots to further support Ren’s claims and the claims of other fem presenting people on the team who have come forward.

I honestly do hope that Zeal and his family goes through with suing her, but I don't know how realistic that would be since going by Zeal's devforum intro, he's in Central European TZ and Ren's in supposedly in California.

Even with this and the corrections from Wil, though, the damage is already done. It's ultimately little more than another monument to what's already understood: that Ren is nuts, Zeal is retarded, and the former threw the latter to the wolves in an environment that'd nigh-universally take her seriously no matter how poorly she advocated for herself.

The biggest problem is even if Zeal defends himself and tries to deny anything, people will still assume his guilt because mere allegations make a man guilty in the court of public opinion. They don't care about "innocent until proven guilty," they simply accuse and society assumes. Remember mattress girl? Proven that she lied against a man who was ousted from his university and to this very day she is still seen as a hero. The best choice in this situation is walking away and saying nothing. The very first thing Zeal should've done the second these allegations came forward was to immediately retain a lawyer and shut the fuck up. The video he uploaded in a mental breakdown only made him look like an idiot, and isn't something anyone needed to see.

Ok, the double quotes on "suffer" is a bit mean, this is obviously someone who is not well. No one begs for attention like this unless they are scared and desperate. She needs help. But wow, she is stupid. It reminds me of one of those videos of an animal stuck in a ditch, where someone helps the poor creature out only for it to immediately run back into the ditch. You feel sorry for the poor thing but you can't help but be tickled by the whole ordeal.

This is only further proof that these circles are fucking stupid. If Zeal had only one friend who wasn't a pooner, a retard, or a retarded pooner, they'd tell him to calm the fuck down and not do anything as irrational as breaking down in a video, let alone attempt to kill himself a bit later. Not like anything else would change the tide when twitter is angry, but now that people are, albeit slowly, sobering up to the fresh pile of bullshit Ren served, he could've had a bit more cookie points for staying calm and rational.
