I would say I think it's incorrect. While some of their missile delivery systems do have the range to reach like Romania, the idea that they could actually deploy and launch them, especially at this point in time, I think it's a bit optimistic.

One thing people never seem to consider, is that missile delivery systems are really really hard to build, and one of the areas of science where it becomes very clear that the map is not the territory, are multiphase fluid dynamics of missile delivery systems. And that's not even mentioning maintenance. Do you really think the Iranians are flushing the corrosive chemicals, checking gas cylinders, monitoring electrical and guidance systems, etc.? Because personally I don't. I think they build them and then leave them. I personally think it's very unlikely they could get a Kharromshahr to Romania under favorable conditions.

Russia can't even be fucked with taking care of their military hardware. Just look at the early days of the Ukraine invasion. It's only America who maintains their shit for some reason. The rest of the world are just too corrupt or something, I'm not sure exactly what the hang up is.

My own theory is that the Euros don't want the current Iranian regime to go, because they have all kinds of shady deals on the side with them the same way they do with Ukraine. But in general European leadership is at best frenemies with the US. They want to freeload and then show up for the spoils once the hard work is done. (Just like Queer Stammerer just did.)

Israel-Lebanon ceasefire is possible tomorrow.

Israeli Ambassador to the US Dr. Yechiel Leiter: "In the ambassadors' conversation in Washington today, Israel agreed to a follow-up meeting on Tuesday to advance a peace agreement with Lebanon, but did not agree to discuss a ceasefire with the terrorist organization Hezbollah, which continues to attack Israel and constitutes the main obstacle to peace."

The US is reportedly urging Israel to come sit down with them on the cuck chair and to halt the fighting against Hezbollah before the first-ever public meeting between envoys from Jerusalem and Beirut on Tuesday. Lebanon has argued that a ceasefire should be a precondition of the meeting.

Political sources indicate that an official American statement may be issued as early as tomorrow, announcing the opening of talks this coming Monday alongside the entry into force of a ceasefire in accordance with the November 2024 understandings.
