This is a different county. I choose to polish my medal and believe that the judge is just accumulating marks on why he should drop the hammer on Nick, since "not letting the bad guy say he's super sorry for reals" seems to be reversible error in MN he feels the need to encourage Nick to settle the order first. If he takes it to trial I think he looses. Something huge is happening behind the scenes to keep this open for so long.
