Then what does the US lose by agreeing to the ceasefire and then going back to pushing Iran’s shit in when they break the terms, which ends all debate over whether the US’ military actions are justified?

This just builds up that no matter who the Iranian's speak through, be it Pakistan, India, Russia, England, France, they'll still do what they want and huck missiles at everyone because they're lying Arab scumbags who have been killing Westerners for almost 50 years without repercussions.
So when Iran starts screaming for a cease fire, we have no reason to come to the table.
Iran's ALWAYS brokered a cease fire then broken that shit before the cease fire even started. Arab nations are famous for that shit.
That's like you don't take an Arab's surrender at face value. Either they're lying to get in with your ranks, they're suicide bombers, or they're just pretending so their buddies can open up. Lying is built into their religion.
The big problem is: Trump was never supposed to bomb or attack Iran. When Iran teased that they were going to start charging ships, that they now had missiles that could read Diego Garcia and Paris and London, everyone was supposed to knuckle under to this game changing information.
Instead, Trump just started bombing them and went "Fuck you, no boots on the ground for you!"
