You would think so. But the judge in the case has been incredibly weak and overly accomodating to Nick throughout the case. Nick has been able to delay a simple restraining order process for month after month. I would guess that even if Aaron gets the order in the end, it will not change Nick's current behavior in the least. Even if you have a RO against someone, you are entirely at the mercy of the legal system as to how (or if) its actually enforced. It can be useful in terms of creating a legally documented record of someone's behavior. But it isn't as strong as many people would think it is.

You can call the police on an HRO. But what the police do with that call is up to them. Overall you are kind of at the mercy of judges/prosecutors/police. A physical arrest given the current circumstances would be unlikely. But things happening to annoy Nick would be very possible.

Problem is, Nick is a dishonest fag as usual, and TDT has explicitly not reneged on that promise. He openly concedes in his recent rebuttal to Nick that he did very well by Nick, back when Nick could pull a sizable audience. He also conceded the same point in his video content about Nick following the arrest. As far as I can tell, he's been entirely consistent on that point.

This is nothing more than another example of Nick expecting unlimited loyalty from somebody, and throwing a temper tantrum when he doesn't get it. Many such cases.

If you'd want to play devil's advocate his main customer base seems to be anime fans so acting like you are on the fence with loli would be better for business than outright denouncing it. But yes something was offputting about that section on my first read as well.

To be perfectly honest, much like Null, I find the whole loli vtuber thing very off-putting in general.

That said, I think perhaps the most pertinent issue here is that TDT was within his right to discontinue his business relationship with Nick if he felt Nick became toxic, ill suited as a salesman to his customer base... or any reason, really. Whereas Nick seems to have a seemingly endless sense of entitlement, along with delusions of grandeur when it comes to his present worth in commerce. You also see this in things like his continued insistence that Rumble should give him another contract. As if it would benefit Rumble in any way.
