Iran Crisis & the 2026 War between Iran and the United States, Gulf States, and Israel - Please focus on news and coverage, not argumentation.

Something happened this weekend, and I don't know if it's just me, but it feels like each of their threats is being taken less and less seriously.
Even if they do fire a few missiles, and a few of them do impact, it's almost as if the risk has already been weighed in to where it's less an "Oh, shit" reaction and more a "We'll have to grit our teeth and bear the consequences" reaction.
Also, please blow up all AI centers regardless of what happens.

Pardon the cartoon animals in this...

Outnumbered 3:1 by the Chinese, inflicted over 10:1 casualties. Turns out that steel and fire are far cheaper than blood.
Year Hare Affair is the funniest propaganda cartoon for how much everyone embraced the eagles.

I'm sorry if this has been beaten to death but this thread moves fast. I just wanted to give my 2 cents as a guy who still remembers filling out his paperwork that they hand to the pjs (pararescue) team to verify your identity in the event you end up in a situation like this pilot. Now I wasn't at nearly as high of a risk of this as a pilot but it brings me great joy to see on full display the ideological disconnect publicly preserved on the record.

In war civilians die and there's really no workaround for this problem though it's obviously much less of an issue then it was in early bombing wars like WWII where we would just level cities to destroy factory production. The key is the intent and the reaction. Despite what counterintel Wu Mao types and commie faggots believe there is a very strong reluctance to harm innocent people. As an example from a Tac P friend when he was calling in air support he would literally have in his words "Command in one ear and JAG in the other if there was any target sensitivity" He explained to me that there needed to be a real time signoff for Mosques (which are every block) and many other targets during an active firefight. Our enemies aim at the churches.

It's the same shit with this pilot. Oh some planes got stuck in the sand? That sucks I'm glad we got our boy out. We have pararescue which are just top tier badasses whos entire job is to get you out of a bad situation. Our pilots drop with guns, food, money, beacons and their only job is to hang out until we drop in people who's entire job is to kill everyone in the way of saving your fucking ass. As someone who had friends go through that pipeline you're talking about 18 months to 2 years just in training with a very high washout rate and casual things like watercon where they repeatedly drown you.

People die in war, it's going to happen but we aren't fucking Russia we aren't marching people across fields as drones kill them. I knew if the worst happen and the FOB got overrun that there would be a rapid response team, air support, and worst case special forces that would be deployed to save my dumbass. That brought me legitimate comfort when I was put in situations that were difficult, and to be clear I'm not some door kicking special forces operator badass. Obviously I was armed but my primary weapon on a day to day basis was a socket set.

So when you see people complaining about equipment losses to save a pilot and "risking" special forces guys who literally exist to do this job... Remember that their third worlders with shit covered hands who literally can't understand the idea that we go back for our people. They are so stupid they will admit this openly and proudly and scoff that a machine broke to save an American. This is because they are worse less then machines and they understand and even agree with that.
I've been thinking about what it is that sets good armies apart from shit armies a while ago, and that's pretty much the answer I came to back then.

I don't consider myself a brave man, but in my service I was never at any point scared. Nervous maybe, but never scared.
That's because no matter what I do or where I'm sent, I trust the IDF not to treat me as cannon fodder, speed bump, or be sent to my death by some career nepobaby trying to justify writing "I tried" in his report.
I know that the IDF in its entirety has my back, and even though I was never anything as important as a commando or a pilot, I know that IF I ended up in a situation like this, planes, drones, artillery and anything else on hand would rain down hellfire on anything that moves in my general area and the CSAR boys will come get me. All that just to get lil ol' me home.
And I can only imagine that in the US armed forces, that gets cranked up to 11.

I think that's what the anti-western crowd is missing and why it starts furiously circle-jerking over destroyed equipment.
What would give them confidence to march is being behind technology and impenetrable tools.
They don't trust their command structure, they know they'd be thrown away to keep up appearances and they're kept in line by fear, fear of the beating they'd get or fear of what would be done to their loved ones if they "betray the cause".
They project this onto western countries, see its mighty war machines, and assume the difference is that the west can buy their troops an invulnerable death star, and that's why they're not afraid.
(Now that I think of it, that's also why they celebrate every single thing that looks kind of like bloodying the US's nose, in their mind it shatters the Zio-merican delusion that they're immune to bullets)
They cannot entertain the idea that we genuinely and unironically trust one another, have each others back and that we care a lot about what happens to our peers, subordinates and even our commanders.
Yes, I'm saying without a shred of irony or hyperbole that the western military X-factor is camaraderie, trust and the power of friendship.

What are the actual win conditions for each side right now?
If the U.S. can't secure the strait for its gulf allies from a 3rd world country then it will lose face, there's no way around it. Bombing civilian infrastructure on the way out just makes him a sore loser. I'm sure he will start the Second Chechen War overthrow the regime in Cuba shortly after, that will keep up appearances for the retards at home.

Problem is the US does not have the industrial/economic capability to sustain such losses anymore. Entire US doctrine is built around losing a handful of aircraft as replacing them takes too long and cost way too much.

A-10s, F-22s, B-52s, B-1s we literally cant build anymore.

They were chomping at the bit to gloat about the captured airman. When that didn't work out they pivoted to the equipment losses and suddenly some planes and helis are the only thing that matter in the universe, if there hadn't been any losses they would have pivoted to something else. Don't waste too much time arguing with them because this really isn't a good faith debate at all. This is just someone trying to screech as loudly as possible that they've won.

These people are totally not mad.
Raped brown libtard faggots remain raped.
> TFW the only real W that Iran has gotten in this war has now turned into the biggest PR win of the war for America, right on the holiest Christian days of the year, just before the Artemis II rocket is set to fly by the Moon, on the 250th Anniversary of our Independence.

The turd world copes so hard because they wish to be us, but don't understand the basics, like how one man is worth 1000 machines. AMERICA FUCK YEAH.

this was a trial run of a land invasion
From the F-15 sending a distress over Khuzestan no pilot would have ended up conveniently right outside Isfahan, more than a hundred kilometers away, it absolutely was a cover for a raid on a nuclear site. They were competent in managing to exfil that team with only losing their transports no doubt, but the fact that this was even approved is why you shouldn't fire and appoint generals based on who is enough of a yes man.

"Many people tell me I'm the biggest, most powerful punishment of God. It's true! Total disaster for the haters and losers like in Iran and Venezuela, let me tell you. If you hadn't done some real, nasty stuff, God wouldn't need to send someone like me to fix it. We're going to make sure that doesn't happen again. It’s going to be tremendous!”

Their logistics are so poor that the machinery is literally worth more than their lives, so equipment losses actually are used to measure attack success.

They can't comprehend that the US can practice No One Left Behind because it would bankrupt their country to do that. They rationalize it as the warriors task is to give their lives for their country, so why should they take measures to ensure their safety?
We care about our people. It’s one of the factors to our victory over Japan and Germany. We value our people’s lives that we don’t have waste talent. In WWII our pilots lived to train others but theirs would die. And the truth is you win wars by making the other bastards die for their countries, not the other way around.

The idea that our military is so good because we don't consider our personnel as just another resource to expend like bullets or fuel, so our people have the awkshool huge force multiplier of esprit de corps, is foreign to the brown
Military service for love for your nation are foreign concepts to the Euro and the brown. Military service is only for personal gain. The nation exists solely to provide for you.
Additionally Euros and Browns share the same fear that a competent & strong military will turn on the worthless, grifting civilian leadership.

I knew guys who trained some of the first batches of post-invasion Iraqi Army. They washed someting like 30-40% of the training company out because of IQ issues and expectation that service in the army was a do-nothing privilege appointment. The remainder were dedicated if .... there were education issues and lack of understanding of cause-and-effect, let's put it that way.

One guy said they organized trips with the guys for downtime, one of them was to one of Saddam's palaces that had just been cleared. He said he had one guy who completely collapsed in tears when they got to the "golden hall" - he had grown up starving while Saddam was inlaying his palace with gold. They had no idea.

They were also set for training the NCOs who would run Iraq's boot camp. He said they had good guys who understood and believed in the mission. They were all gone after about two years of hand over, replaced with incompetent loyalists with family connections.

He also said Manlove thursday was disturbingly, horrifically real. He came to check on fireguard for one group, got everyone accounted for and in their bunks, then heard grunting, went to see two Iraqi recruits buttfucking under the blankets. Fireguard didn't understand the issue: everyone was in a bunk.

Also, I find it funny that these people claim we don't care about our soldiers and that these are the people, sons and daughters, when we clearly just spent probably the equivalent of like $250,000,000 getting literally one guy back.
Their entire argument always comes down to "you hate your warriors because you used your warriors in a war".

The libertarian argument for this is slightly more barrable even if it's naive. But any lefty arguing this is retarded because nothing about their worldview works unless we actively go out into the world and dominate the ork hordes who try to use that leftist induced weakness to cuck us into a "right wing" society that would make handmaidens tale look preferable. Lefties in the west should be more supportive of military action than anybody on earth because they need it more than anybody on earth, and I do believe some of them are starting to figure that out.

Basically this speech but without a shred of sarcasm or irony.

That reads like a greentext. Kek.

Frankly if my enemy sets up a temporary airbase inside my country to pull out one guy then I would just surrender.

It's obvious they're pulling their punches and it's better not so see what happens when they stop doing that.
