🌟 Internet Famous Linus Gabriel Sebastian & Linus Media Group / Linus Tech Tips - Narcissistic corporate shill YouTuber driving his media empire into the ground. KILL COUNT: 2

I dont even know what Linus wants out of the jet, its not like he can strip out the interior to make it a "hecking epic gaming rgb plane setup" some normie would soy at. At most this is the only video they get out of it since theres not much else to talk about a jet, and it will sit at the hangar until they "need it" which is a stretch. This is just a money sink waiting to happen.
Linus is a nouveau riche retard, no different from any other 100 IQ moron who wins the lottery or inherits some massive sum of money. He regards himself a shrewd businessman after a few lucrative moves, and now he feels like it's big boy time to splurge on real luxuries like jets and boats like all the other fat cats do. He's a stupid fag, a pervert, greedy, solipsistic, tasteless and talentless, and ultimately so very very BORING. A GAYMING jet, WOW Linus I'm on the edge of my fucking seat. I can play heckin vidya 20,000 feet in the air, surely nobody has had an idea that crazy before!!!!

I'm listening to the video. All I'm getting is: we are paying all the money which we have to pay for because.... but we are paying are paying thousands to get a shit internet connection. It's kbs, my nigger but my private jet is special. and we even had to make new seats and sheeet. Here's the LTTP Peasant quarters...

hilarious how anything aerospace is just like anything marine.
object: 1$
aerospace or marine version of object: $1000$
about right yeah, oh these panels here are aerospacial grade... MADE IN FUCKING CHINA OR WITH SHIT IMPORTED FROM THERE.
he did mention girl math so his chink wife is probably responsible for most of the scam though, especially since taxpayer canadian dollar and all...
Is there a maximum allowed age for a jet plane to be considered airworthy, or as long as it's maintained, does it not matter?
as far as it's known, there is a maximum age due to frame metal fatigue, after that the plane risks literally ripping itself apart if you try to fly it, linus mentions on the video the compression/depression that happens with planes.

It’s not strictly based on the calendar age but flight hours. Fatigue builds up and that will limit the airframe lifespan. Several replaceable components (seals, gaskets, wires (insulation), electronics) will more than likely age out before the airframe because time does fuck those up. This assumes there isn’t major rust or corrosion in components

Tranny's verdict on the private jet is in

This grotesque fat fuck needs to focus on whether they can afford their next McDondalds order and the environmental impact of being a literal hog consuming synthetic female hormones, not whether their former boss can afford a plane and the environmental impact of private plane ownership.

Multiple homes is an understatement, it’s probably enough to buy out the Indian landlord that owns the apartment complex that this obese animal is contained in, just to evict him for the amusement of watching him attempt to waddle up the stairs out of his basement lair for the first time in months.

And the environmental impact? I guarantee every aspect of this freaks life is more impactful to the environment in a single day than Linuses oriental mulatto family is over the course of several months.

“I always wanted to get a pilots license”
But you didn’t. You are a failure and a burden.

“Realistically no, it’s just luxury”
You’re right. And it is a luxury you will never experience during your pathetic “existence” on God’s green earth.

Imagine making me support this ADHD retard and his goddamn jet out of pure spite for the freaks on the other side spewing shit like this from their hog mouths. I hate this rotund retard so goddamn much. Did it ever upload to Patreon, or just continue to beg? Did it ever do anything of value besides shitting out half assed videos where it clearly was beyond its depth despite the videos being extremely simple? Has it ever done anything of value once it became obese? Once it became trans? These people are a burden and I hope if there is ever an in flight emergency it’s because the gravitational pull of this human hippo forces the LTT Jet into an uncontrolled descent towards its zoo exhibit.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=zGoIY37ZtDQNigga bought a private jet as a business expense. Probably more for personal use.
The top comments are going hard with the private jet.

Also, my tax dollars are going to this, thank you Canadian government.

Looking at the recent replies within this thread, this is a waste of money. No one wants to be on a 30 year old private plane. To even fly that plane requires additional costs that just doesn't make it worth using. I do know that Linus is the kind of person to travel to China time to time so it could be useful there but renting a private plane with a crew is a better business expense than owning a run down private jet. He has got to be at that age where he tries justifying with dumb excuses on why he should own an object of value. I believe this is called a mid-life crisis.

It's a 1990 Dassault Falcon 800B, formerly A6-UAE, left United Arab Emirates service in 2001, serial number 000086.
Linus states "allegedly" in the video in regards to who previously owned it... You fucking retarded spastic it will state who all the previous owners are in the paperwork and if not you can just do this and look up the registration of the aircraft on any public database and it will show you some of the owners. I have no idea why he had to be so mysterious with it when you can see the serial number and registration on the aircraft in the footage.
As stated by the end of the thread, you really could have just gotten a Falcon 50 or any of the Challenger 600 series. Any more modern twin likely would've been better than the falcon series anyways, you end up trading more fuel burn for the safety of reliability during an engine-out/engine failure situation (which is quite rare to happen if you keep the aircraft up to airworthy standard) with negligible extra range. Linus talks about how the aircraft can only really fly to Europe via the east coast and cannot reach Asia or South America from where the plane is currently stationed without a pitstop in Hawaii. It just seems nonsensical that Linus would arguably cheap out on getting this thing for around 5 million when he likely had extra cash laying around to spend a bit more on a more modern twin-engine that would've granted similar capacity for a much higher range (and more fuel economy).

The falcon's are popular for hops between the south and the Caribbean or LATAM because of how it can operate off of shorter runways and the range, but considering where Linus is, he would still need a stop over if he was to visit anywhere nice in South America. That is extra fuel, money and time.
The amount of famous people who die from private jets as compared to commercial would make me never want one if I were rich.
If you are a retard who pushes mechanic crews and pilots to fly on your fucking whim? Yes. A lot of accidents tend to happen mostly due to the pressures from the owners more than anything.

If you need to get a gauge as to the average age of an aircraft being an indicator of whether the plane is good or not is not that great of a metric. For example, a lot of smaller props usually tend to be on average 30-40 years old. You even see a lot of tailor made planes from the 40's still flying around. But with larger aircraft that fly to quite high altitudes (especially private jets which fly up to 48,000 feet or so to "fly above the normal traffic" and save on fuel), the stresses on the fuselage until it eventually reaches a point where it cannot really remain airworthy any longer.

either way, he did say he was going to "pawn off" or "flip the plane" in a few years, which is an extremely bad idea. He is going to need to make sure it is up to spec before selling and I do know it is going to be sitting in a hangar for 5 years, then when he tries to sell it he is going to try and push the mechanics to get it all done as quickly and cheaply as possible and in the end he is going to just have a giant gaping hole in his pocket that is also made up of Canadian taxpayer money. I could hypothesise other possible scenario's in which he just fucks this all up but that would be too MATI imo.

EDIT:
Is he hoping to join the ranks of "Rebuild Rescue" on YouTube and eventually get one of his employees killed?
I do not think it will be as likely but I would not be surprised if his uncle got his FAA license revoked or he got absolutely raped by the FAA by showing some substandard repair (remember, he has a lot more reach than Rebuild Rescue) or doing some ridiculously retarded shit on camera that obviously violates some regulations. Also I doubt he is going to do a total refit of the thing, Makes me think when the next annual C-check or even the D-check comes up and how much he is going to make the A&P crew fuck it up somehow.

I have nothing against private jet travel.
If I was rich I would do it too because I don't want to get up and wait in lines for 2-4 hours to sit neck to subhuman creatures that figured out how to EBT stamp their way onto a flight or some bullshit.

That said, I wouldn't brag about my gold plated sink jet and show it off to my fanbase that is nowhere near well off as I was.
I'm pretty sure Linus isn't rich enough for a plane, though. The only way he convinced himself he could afford it is by deluding himself into thinking he can just resell it later for enough money to cover the original purchase price and most operating expenses. Anyone who isn't retarded would have to wonder why it was being sold for such a price if the plane was effectively "free".

The FAA and similar organizations don't revoke your certifications until you basically kill someone or act with intentional malice. It took the FAA 4 months to revoke the license of that one youtuber named Trevor Jacob that intentionally crashed his plane on camera, and that was way more blatant than unintentionally being bad at repair. As long as you're not intentionally fucking it up they probably still won't take away your license. Also he's back flying again so even then they'll give it back. These organizations are allergic to actual punishments.

Just the other day a video from that elijah popped up in my feed and the dude literally hit his head hard six times, at that point I'm even impressed that he's even alive today, so I wouldn't be surprised his mental faculties aren't top notch, but if I'm realistic I'd wager he'll be leaving in the coming years if this shit continues, like at what point will he start thinking about how he earns shit and how his boss is spending big time on all kinds of shit.
Sir, a video by that duck of the August variety has hit the airplane.
Speaking of elijah, you can see in the bit in this video that he's not extremely pleased to hear what Linus is telling him.

He can't even do that. The range on a dassault 900b is 7,400km. Vancouver to Shangai is 9,000km
He could do Vancouver to Honolulu at 4,300km for a layover to refuel, and then Honolulu to Shanghai for another 7,900km

But that's still 12,000km one way, and 13 hours of flight time at max cruise(926km/hr). Considering paying for the fuel, still needing to do a layover, and the flight crew, he'd be better off just getting a business class commercial flight. Having a private corporate jet could make sense when you've got executives that need to be in one part of the country or another on a day to day basis, but that's not what LTT does.

1775464523985.png

Note that the 2nd portion of the right column is hourly costs. That 26 hours of flight from Vancouver to Shanghai and back, if this estimate is correct comes out to 124,000. or at a max of 16 passengers, 7,800 per person and of course it only gets worse the fewer people that go. Only 8 people? 15,600 per person. Again, just the hourly costs for a round trip flight from Canada to China.

Right now business class flights from Vancouver to Shanghai round trip, nonstop can be done for $7,881 so that's already better than his 7,800 per person for nonstop flights. The moment you allow a layover(usually Hongkong, Japan, or South Korea) that price plummets to $3,400-$4000. And again, this is international business class. So decent seats, in flight meals, better entertainment, booze, etc.

And yes of course just chartering a fucking jet would still be a perfectly good option and still be cheaper avoiding all of the fixed annual costs of ownership.

There is zero sensible reason to have bought the thing other than his personal midlife crisis, and buying some 35 year old rickety bullshit with gold plated sinks and ash trays just looks lame to anyone who bothers to look into this shit. It's like having the nicest 2 story mobile home and a used rolls royce for the best place in the trailer park.

If I was a rich selfish faggot I would just study to get the PPL, IFR etc. licenses myself.
Linus might be willing to pony up the tens of thousands of dollars that'd cost on the schooling side, but there's no way he'd be willing to sink the hundreds of hours of flight time required for the commercial license - this is an LTT plane, so he can't really call it "personal and pleasure" operation, so a personal license wouldn't cut it.

Even if he could do it, which he can't since it's a business plane, this jet requires 2 pilots. So he'd still need to hire someone. If he got one of his LTT staff trained up with the hours... then they could just leave and go start a career as a pilot for a company that isn't run by a jackass.

I watched the video and it was basically what me and other plane spergs predicted:
  • Retarded cope about being for company use or some shit, the use of "GAMER" on the title is grating enough, and it doesn't allay the rumors of him trying to make the money back on retarded vlogs or renovations to transform this shit into a gamer flying office of some sort, at least it's better than my speculation that he would try to market to other influencers as rental plane
  • Expensive as fuck to own, the "cashback" cope he claims on the free maintenance shit is irrelevant, any aircraft basically demands that by law or they'd actually have to pay him to buy their plane if they don't throw in a c-check and engine overhaul, the claims the maintenance was "up to Dassault spec" is the most imbecile thing i ever heard, any plane to be certified to fly anywhere in the world must meet the fucking manufacturer's standards, it's the same shit as you selling your dealer or bmw certified third party checked bmw as a "up to bmw specs".
  • Not including the gigantic fuel cost increases due to the iran war, which if even if ended overnight, would take 3-6 months for the oil prices to come down
  • Thinking jet fuel was some strange cocktail instead of Kerosene, we learn that shit in 5th grade science class, lmao
  • Having a uncle who is a pilot/mechanic guy, who'd probably cost 500$ per hour to consult with for buying planes, for free and still ignoring his advice
I doubt they will be able to afford it for long, i'd be amazed if it lasts 2 years, that plane without FLYING costs 1 mil a year.

He could actually, would take probably 2-5 years from a complete novice up to a comercial pilot's license and then jet aircraft training but it is doable, i doubt his ADD would allow him though, i checked and the Falcon 900 training program is 16 days long for a standard jet pilot to be certified in it.

If someone's autistic enough, they can buy linus's plane manual for 100$.

Sure he could get his pilots license, but he'd still need a copilot. It's not a single pilot aircraft. Most civil aviation authorities won't tolerate Linus' general level of bullshit and halfassery from his youtube channel.

if i recall it's the same for subs due to pressure doing pressure things and i hope to be alive to see similar rules for starships.

eh, he did bank on his relative so his relative probably has connection web that can hook linus up with stuff or he can have LTT rent the plane i guess... i don't know if he called it gamer jet as a joke or if it's literally something he desires to do in order to have a "edge" when offering private commercial flights, i do remember our resident CTE (if he doesn't quit LTT that is) asking about plane internet on the video and linus said it was too expensive for like kb/s.
