If it wasn't created and challenged we would be the same situation we are in today, open borders during Democrat administration. It sucks, but I don't see how it can be worse than the current trajectory.

Monkey's paw option would be giving it to Trump but makes executive orders that much more powerful.

IMO it's also necessarily that Barrett and Roberts were questioning (you are supposed to do that during oral arguments), it's that they're literally saying this sort of stuff:

Congress spent the last 80 years handing all of its responsibilities to the executive and raising their own salaries. Given the last few admins have been a ping pong game of passing and reversing EOs for convenience, what exactly changes if that becomes the case?
 
Heya USPG2, I thought it'd be fun to post some of the propaganda they're dumping in my chuddy SW Virginia county's mailboxes.

I for one would rather not have one Republican district in this state if I can help it, even if the VA GOP are a bunch of lily-livered cuckolds addicted to losing with dignity.

I have a feeling that the "temporary" redistricting will 100% persist past their proposed 2030 date, too. I also hope the absolute raking Spanberger and her cadre of subversives have given this fine state wake up the voters with a couple brain cells to rub and vote no on this proposition.

Anecdotally, I'm seeing a lot of negative support signs in my area, but I live in the only district where there'd be a Republican representing anyway.

I fucking work with one, full disability but he's doing all sorts of physical shit in and out of work. He is part of one of those orgs that "helps" vets to get as much disability as possible. They throw a party every time they get a vet 100% disability!

Light cough? Must be asthma from those heckin burn pits, 20%!
Tinnitus or bad hearing? No, it's not because you're getting old, it was the gun you never used on base! 10 and another 10%!
Bad back? Again, you're not old and fat, you got injured by leaning over a desk! 30%!
Oh and of course you have PTSD and other anxiety problems you poor thing! Take all the gibs from your hard 6-10 years of service during peacetime!

We should be treating that shit like the corpos do when someone sues them for health/environmental problems. Speaking as a non-American, I can't think of a policy less applicable to common sense than birthright citizenship. Imagining some Indian making their way to Australia and pooping out an 'Australian' within the week is literal nightmare fuel. Godspeed, I hope things are corrected soon.
 
Guys, we can NEVER beat the English/Muslim/native hordes. They have complete military/societal/hegemony control, it's useless. We're just a bunch of farmers/missionary soldiers/settlers. Obviously the only thing we can do is give up and let King George/Salahadin/Chief Shitting Bull rape our women and teach us tea drinking/prayer rugging/firewater chugging and just accept there's nothing we can do.
