There was a law quietly passed a few years back that a NATO withdrawal would require an act of congress. It would be one of his fastest court losses yet if he ignored that. I think he wants to introduce the idea and a plan for it to people that dont consume his truthsocial posts every day, but I doubt he'll actually declare a withdrawal tonight. More likely that he spends more of his time trying to outline what's next for the war.

Today is also the day that SCOTUS will hear oral arguments on Trump’s EO reinterpreting of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment to exclude the children of illegal aliens born on American soil from automatic birthright citizenship. As it's been reported, Trump will attend the oral arguments, making him the first president to ever do so.
