We were absolutely forced into constant masking by Gavin Newsom. Small, "non-essential" businesses were forcibly shut down because of the Democrat governor. If you didn't get vaxxed, you could be fired for it. The Democrats were all in on authoritarian government when they got emergency powers.

Evidence toward my theory that Trump has always been an asset as have all these people. But they knew the weight of BS would become to great in his second term due to what needed to get done, so they're willing to tarnish his reputation (and he's in on it too).

In reality, some of the democrats are basically controlled opposition. Chuck (cuck) Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries and even John Fetterman take a shit ton of kike money and actually agree with the right. When you actually look at the democrat base, none of them really give a shit about troons or bathroom rights. They are mainly focused on healthcare, wages and not sucking up to corpos.

The mask hysteria was spear headed by boomers who’ve spent their entire lives being coddled and patronized. Being told to put a mask on at Target was one of the first times in many of their lives that they’ve been told no.
Keep in mind these are the same people who didn’t say shit when Reagan passed the 1986 gun control act or when Trump decided to ban bump stocks. It’s only an atrocity when democrats do something.

-Restaurants had slightly reduced hours
-Kids were out of school for 2 months

The big problem I see here. Is it will be hard to actually campaign on some of that while not being willing to deal with immigration. Particularly wages, and other issues with employment. In reality both sides are bought and paid for by the businesses that want to keep the flow of low cost labor coming. When businesses have the option to get labor for less they will take it. Unless people are able to make people on the left realize the immigration problem is about more than just "racism", it's a practical problem. I see the issues remaining, and other areas the democrats could campaign on not being fixed.
Something else that would suffer because of it would be healthcare, and really any social program. These things only work when there isn't a massive pool of people trying to use them that aren't meaningfully taking part of the system otherwise.
In the recent elections people becoming convinced that border security, and enforcement should be a partisan issue is a huge mistake. And everything I see from the left to argue against it, almost always centers around race, and just kind of ignores the practical reality of the issue. Not that republican politicians are willing to touch on the actual problem with immigration (the lobbyists that pay them wouldn't want that), instead they just talk about the criminals that come over illegally, which is only a small part of the problem.
