The thing is Phil has always hated streaming even back in 2013. He's not made for this. He wants to just upload slop, never deal with anyone and collect money. Actual Phil is a ball of hate, but his natural state would also be silence 95% of the time. And there's the reality that every streaming platform he can make money on is laced with censorship and cancel culture, which affects everyone.

Yesterday though, him saying "weatherman is the one job where you get paid to be wrong" is the memeiest Boomer meme that ever was. Still, in a situation where the forecast was for "full sun" but it's cold and rainy, if you see that it's raining, say "Duh" then still go outside with no umbrella, walk around, then come back in soaked and complain about being cold and wet....it's not the weatherman that is the dumbass.

He loves memes, unless it's a detractor meme. Then it's a lamebrain, nudnik, mouthdrooler, group mentality thing. Even something as harmless as the banana meme.

- no complaining about lack of support
- no claiming games are badly designed
- never blaming his losses on bugs or network code
- never calling his opponent unskilled or a button masher

He'd just be a guy with no personality who is terrible at games. Who would watch? At this point he's locked into being the lolcow who whines about everything.

Redemption stories sell. Maybe not as much as the fall from grace ones (I swear if I see a "life = ruined" thumbnail one more time....) but there is definitely some money to be made. And people, especially trolls, wouldn't just stop watching him because suddenly he becomes this chill affable guy he tries to pass himself as. It'd be a waiting game. He'd be under the microscope constantly, everyone looking for cracks. But if he perseveres - just imagine him blasting detractor songs on stream, reacting to embarrassing videos of himself by just laughing and joking, accepting challenges, etc. He might not even need to beg to get money this way.
 
To get $131 almost instantly before gameplay and end at $174 is a pretty fucking bad result after a 4x no coffers streak. His most consistent game over the last month+ got him $43 during gameplay I would expect to see some panic moves schedule wise if he has any bad streams over the next couple of days.

This FireRed stream is gonna be fucking rough today I hope everyone is excited to see DSP get handheld on how to beat Misty!
 
I just watched Dick Stroking Phil Vlogs' latest video.
Holy shit, this is unbearable.
You shouldn't condense phil's entire day in 30 mins and then watch it in one go.

also, the stream hasn't even started yet, but he is already banning people.
