That's extremely close range for such a target. Honestly, impressive hit for Iran. This isn't quite the stealth radar footage, but it's definitely not nothing. Hopefully the pilot is alright and they'll get the damage repaired quickly.

probably a MANPAD, a true AA missile like a patriot or S-300 etc would have obliterated the F-35.

silver lining for anything, this is a great piece of 'propaganda' for the F-35. Took a direct hit and didn't even flinch. This was one of ours, wasn't it? Do the Israeli F-35s have a different silhouette?
Complete control of the skies is ours. This is the first aircraft Iran has hit, and it seems to have been a very light glance. If they start putting more planes into critical condition I'll be more willing to believe we don't have air supremacy, but currently they don't have an airforce, so even if they can use a launcher to occasionally tap a plane, that does not interact at all with Air Supremacy in a way that would reduce it to Air Superiority, which is the next level of airspace control, and means that we 'have an advantage'. I don't think that there's an argument to make that Iran could ever RECLAIM the skies in this way, just that it caused some damage to an F-35.

If Iran adopts a continuous policy of attacking energy supply infrastructure not belonging to either Israel or the United States, I don't think it will win them many friends internationally.
