Finished watching Revolution and it was honestly a pretty fucking great PPV.

AEW has been overall fairly good for the last year or so and this show just served as a capstone to that run. It feels like the company has finally really found its feet and even if they lose people to WWE/sign guys from there they are able to just sort of do their own thing and the fans are into it.

They now have a roster that can showcase pretty much any style of wrestling so you'll get lucha, puro, deathmatch, joshi, indie flippy and traditional US style on the one show.

Notice that Brody King goading 'Fuck ICE' chants was quickly responded to even though they kept doing it, Hangma'am not winning the title basically robbed the 'sickos' of PC Stone Cold, and lastly Ricochet did mock a fan with MS on Twitter. Honestly, Shadid Khan may've told his son to either run a tighter ship so that they could get advertising/money or he'd cut him off.

The 'sickos' might get angry if Gina and Toni had a angle where they fight Rhonda and Marina to promote the MMA match but they won't be listened to.

WWE in the late 2010's was just unwatchable at that point, the McMahons hogging the screen was so bad they had to break character and acknowledge that they had shake things up. That era was so bad I was clamoring for AEW to succeed.

Not so much weirdo as utter hack fraud who made Ronda believe he was teaching her god-tier (or, as Joe Rogan put it, 'retarded') striking. It is part of why she lost to Holm in the first place -- she thought she could hang with a world champion kickboxer and abandoned her gameplan of forcing people to the ground. Even if she did, I don't think she would've been able to have achieved her game plan. Rousey at that point was pretty played out, similar to how Royce Gracie became in the super early days of UFC.
