Iran Crisis & the 2026 War between Iran and the United States, Gulf States, and Israel - Please focus on news and coverage, not argumentation.

OK, thanks for providing your input. Anyways, the US is now begging Ukraine of all places for weapons, so things are probably going well re: stockpiles.

Oh, not every day you get to meet someome who just woke up from a 4 year coma.

Ukraine and Russia went to war while younwere sleeping, which really strengthend US Ukraine military ties. Ukrain also has been shooting down a Russian version of the Shahed along with the original drones now for years. Ukraine has come out as one of the leading experts now on efficiently dealing with them.

Idk where you got the idea we asked them for weapons though, thats probably brain damage. Someone might have unplugged your ventilator for a bit while you were comatose. Would explain the iliteracy maybe.

It's AI. like really bad AI. Are you brown or something?

"We have neutralized and destroyed more than sixty percent of the ballistic missile launchers," Zamir says.

Hey I just posted that!!

different interceptors.

Similar to how you can look at Israel as being a leader in Missile interceptor systems thanks to the iron dome and ample experience operating it. Ukraine has become extremely effective at dealing with drones without missile interceptors, instead relying on a layered system of Electronic disruptors, Interceptor drones (literally drones that just fly into the shahed and take it out) as well as just having men on machine guns shooting them out of the air.

They've gotten so good at this that they maintain a 90% interception rate even when they are seeing a thousand or more drone incursions on a single day at times.

Ukraine has also been speaking publicly about their willingness to teach and help other western countries mimic their systems, and they produce their own interception drones en masse.

The US looking into this through them is a smart move no matter what our missile interceptor stockpile is because if we can replicate Ukraine at stopping drones this way, we will drastically cut down on operations costs and let our missile defense systems focus on taking down ballistic missiles instead of firing off expensive patriot rounds at cheapo drones.
Already been over this, and even you yourself said this regarding interceptors:
OK far be it for me to claim to know better, but I would urge at least some skepticism when it comes to budget allocation. If the Pentagon had its way, the military's total budget would be 99% of the federal budget. Just consider what one of your screenshots even says: "US only has 25% of all Patriot missile interceptors needed for Pentagon's military plans" and the screenshot next to it is discussing a "potential china conflict". Like, if we go to all out war with China I don't think the Patriot stockpiles will matter too much? If it's for defending Taiwan... maybe? But for how long? Will the US produce enough Patriots to defend Taiwan from a Russia/Ukraine-length "special operation"? I would avoid taking those numbers too seriously, because those hypotheticals are always tuned to give the Pentagon (and military contractors) more money.
Intercepting ballistic missiles and flying lawnmowers are two different things. And no one is better at the latter than Ukraine, though they should've probably asked for their expertise beforehand.
They're not going to waste expensive interceptors on cheap drones, that's all this is IMO.

Not so fun fact, my brother in Ukraine was among those hunting these drones. It often involved small arms (so it would be best if Trump joins theater himself to handle it)

It is proof of our victory against Tel Aviv in the Metaverse! When KhamenAI is finally online, he will digitally destroy ZOG and ensure that all of Earth 2 is owned by the Islamic Republic. This is what winning looks like, brothers!

Maybe the boots on the ground are going to be those little robot dogs Boston Dynamics makes. Don't they have a model where the entire dog body is a giant sniper rifle? Basically a walking gun with an arm sticking out the top so it can open doors.

Not sure how or why the Western commies aligned and networked with them but they all need to be crushed.
Unironically inherited from the Soviet Era where their aligned factions in the middle east pretended to be commie for gibs. Now western commies also loved to gibs (and had support from behind the iron curtain for their terrorism while training in middle eastern milita camps) and when the USSR collapsed they just took the next best tit for gibs,

I really need to thank Null for showing people's join dates. Seeing 2025 next to some of the dumbest seething really points out how users get worse every year.
Meh I had an account from 2022 or so, but I think it got purged due to inactivity.

I saw it as soon as it came out a few days ago. First day of the latest war, supposedly a desalination plant.

Then why do we enjoy killing muslims? Are you saying muslims and arabs are the west?
The enemy of an enemy is not necessarily a friend. Jews and Muslims have deep hatred for one another, but they BOTH really really really hate Christians and everything that came from them.

Really hope they are careful over there. Any war crimes will be placed at the feet of the US

I´m fucking tired seeing about people bitching "International Law" about the Iran WARSHIP sunk by an USS Submarine.

This fucking people don´t remember the Unrestricted Submarine warfare that the Nazis had or even when the Japanese sunk an USS ship they kill all the survivors on site in 1941-42.

I´m not even american, but in a state of war, nobody gives a fuck about being in international waters anymore. And that its when the Iranians fuck it up, when the declared war on Israel/USA. That mean the gloves are off.

Also even if some fucking Europeans does not like it, "International Law" was made by the League of Nations or the ONU (in modern times) meaning the fucking USA did it.
Funnily enough, IIRC they tried to nail Admiral Dönitz for Germany's submarines not helping sailors of sunk enemy ships. But he was cleared (of those charges at least) by showing that the allied submarines conducted themselves similarly as the German ones.

Important to note that his legal argument wasn't simply that the allies did bad things too, so that he should be considered innocent. The argument was that the law of the sea infact did not prohibit the type of warfare employed by either side.

So if anything. The Nurenberg trials are precedent that this American sub did follow international law.
