This is what bugs me, how tf did rapeape get this much moola? And wasn't 4chan banned from payment processors like this site too?

It was not removed. uBlock updated its filters to have it whitelisted on 4chan. Also 4chan changed it so it now runs the scripts on a different domain (boards.4channel.org, previously it was sys.4chan.org). If you manually block spur.us and the mcl.io (monocle) thing, you'll still get the message occasionally, especially if you are a new user. If you already made several posts, 4chan treats you as a safe user and won't require additional fingerprinting so you won't see it.

Try this: add spur.us and mcl.io to a manual block list, then launch 4chan in Firefox (4chans threat detection model broke a few months ago and it sees Firefox as a threat, it's why you get the fake range block messages despite being able to post with Chrome) and in incognito mode (to reset 4chans threat score that it saves to your cookies). Then open quick reply in any thread and ask for a captcha, wait 60 seconds, and ask for captcha again.. You'll then still get the message to unblock spur.us and mcl.io.
 
Leto begins revoking access to his site if you point out the ban-evasion service isn't working and his three-day operation to get it back online has made zero progress. I really hope no one goes and perpetually reminds him of this on his imageboard, he's very stressed over it.

EDIT: Per the user I was posting this on behalf of, Leto revoked Gold Pass access shortly after this post was made. That seems like ample evidence he keeps this thread open and obsessively checks it.

Nonfunctional snapshots on 4chan's catalog pages for the past 24 hours. Link to the meta thread is conspicuously taken down despite the thread remaining active. Moderators crawling the meta thread at all times to swiftly remove posts asking when things will be operational again. Donate page still active because of course it is.
 
8651.png He is still active on this particular TG profile. He used to switch it up constantly but he is getting lazy and sloppy
 
Just checked again, both his sites are basically down, owo is still up but nothing works kek. Good riddance
