Rupert Lowe, Restore Britain, The Rape Gang Enquiry - 'Then millions must go'. 'I don't care'.

Not heard much from Nigel Mirage lately. How long before he does a full disappearing act?
I’ve noticed the media are going super soft on Reform now. It’s like they’ve accepted he’s going to win.

What I don’t think the establishment realise is the anger that will explode when he fails and tries to do business as usual.

We’ll be lucky if Restore win an election after him rather than people in jackboots just taking power.

Mirage will be long gone before the reins of power are offered to him. It is funny seeing the u-turn the media have made. The racist, evil right-wing reform are now just reform, the people's party and Restore are the evil racists.

What the media forget is that people will clump with people like them. So if everyone is a racist, restore is the party for them.

A deranged West Ham fan posted Lowe as Charlie Kirk getting shot in the neck, which he says he's reported as a threat to police (not for the first time).
This came the same day as Reform's Laila Cunningham using 'neo Nazi' to describe the rhetoric of Restore's Charlie Downes. Restore are looking at legal action if the comments aren't retracted.

Elsewhere, TalkTV presenter Alex Phillips (Farage's ex-mistress and current inner circle) interviewed 17 year old Restore member, presumably with the intention of getting an easy win dunking on a kid. The teen in question, Young Bob, is a TPUK ambassador and easily provoked her into a meltdown.

Sargon did an interview with Lowe, I haven't watched it so can't comment: xcancel link

And just a cute post from a councillor who defected frrom Reform, Oliver Louis:

I know people are looking at this party as finally being "the answer" but I'd be concerned about this silly internet kerfluffle (the prospect of lawfaring on day 0 is just gross to see). It may always be bad to expect much from "British nationalists" on the mainstream, but how is this not just UKIP/Brexit/Reform in another rollaround minus Farage?

They're not doing the *wink wink* *nudge nudge* bullshit, FOREIGNERS OUT is the agenda, it's not the ha ha he he (((implication))), it's right there in big letters stamped on the front. Nigel and co's MO has always been to slyly imply doing something, without ever actually saying they'll do anything, Restore is breaking the mould here just saying it out loud, it's downright refreshing.

Lowe may have played a blinder. He has popped up and put his ideas out there, just in case there's a GE. Now he can slow boil for the next few years, slowly building on his policies and party.
Mirage spunked his load too quickly and can't sustain the semi much longer.

It's very Trumpian, but with a British accent and English sensibility. Like when they get British actors to play ancient Romans.

“I hope he enjoys prison.” Is Lowe Pat posting? Could he really be /our guy/?

Edit: shit, misread read it, that was in the post by Special Branch informant Steven Laws.

He did well in the interview. I wont even qualify it with "for a 17 year old". He needs to tighten up on a few things. Like don't say "we've got lots of pages" say "We have a detailed 113 page assessment of the legality of this." When she asks how voluntary deportations would make a difference say "Our research forecasts 500,000 voluntary departures through our curtailing of benefits and other measures." (Both of these are actually from Reform's public statements). Prepping a few solid facts like that would have helped him significantly. She did as badly as an interviewer as much as he did well because a more aggressive interviewer would have pressed deeper on much of this. And next time, that's what he'll get.

His weakest area is on the gap between "If you have ideas incompatible with Britain you'll leave" and "how will you make that happen". She was asking very valid questions, but her manner and his calmness allowed him to make it look like she was the unreasonable one. When in fact he was coming out with statements like "we'll make those ideas illegal" which is a terrible thing to say. A more adversarial interviewer would have seized upon that. Saying the country is for "Anglo Saxons" is also not a great move.

So it depends a lot on the level of the viewer. Viewers who watch interviews and decide based on who looks most assured and who looks most rattled, which is a lot of people (most?) would give it to him to be sure. Viewers who base it more on ideas and points separate from body language and pitch of voice, less so. If the same interview took place in writing, she'd have come across far better.

What I witnessed was a Right Wing purity spiral, where a person who is against mass-migration gets out Nationalist'ed by someone who goes more extreme. That works well one on one because the less extreme person doesn't want to lose the purity spiral but they also don't believe the more extreme position so they end up on the back foot. But such events tend to lose track of the wider context the debate takes place in. "London is for Anglo-Saxons" (I don't recall the exact wording) isn't going to help Restore with most people.

I think.

Why not? What term should he have used instead?
Native Briton works well. The problem with Anglo-Saxon is that the majority of the population aren't either, genetically. We're heavily influenced by Anglo-Saxon culture, but we had a thousand or more years of relatively isolation to evolve an entirely independent, native culture of our own, that is a mixture of the Germani, Gaelic, and Brythonic cultures that came before. If we were assessed by the same standard applied to other cultures around the world, we'd be classed as a fully developed native culture that requires preservation. The Maori for example, who only arrived in New Zealand a few hundred years before Europeans, are considered a unique native culture.

We don't have that standard applied because we colonised other parts of the world and didn't slaughter the extant inhabitants (unlike the Polynesians, to pick an entirely random example), so people want some sort of "revenge" against us.

So we're native. Or indigenous, as @Clem Fandango says. Using that one really pisses off the right people.

Why not? What term should he have used instead?
Perhaps none.

You've had two good replies already - if Restore does want to go an ethno-Nationalist route then at minimum they need to adopt the phrasing others suggest and I'd agree "Native Briton" is probably the best suggestion. Anglo-Saxon simply excludes a lot of British people.

But I'd actually meant not going down the ethno-Nationalist route at all. One can be against Islam as I am, against mass-immigration as I am, without being an ethno-Nationalist. And ethno-Nationalism is repugnant to a lot of British people. Most, I think. If Restore are ethno-Nationalist and appear to be ethno-Nationalists, then I think they will hand the election to Reform. And Reform will not give people what they've been promised I'm relatively sure of that.

I am not an ethno-Nationalist and I don't think the distinction between Reform and Restore is ethno-nationalism, I think the distinction is that Restore will actually deliver on what they promise. However, Reform will certainly capitalise on the distinction being ethno-Nationalism if Restore give that to them.

Just bringing this over here as well

The problem, which I think welshie was hinting at but not explaining, is the entrenched civil service. They have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo insofar as they're greatly empowered by things like the human rights act, so they will push back hard against any minister or government that attempts reform of any sort. Any newly elected government will find itself at loggerheads with the bureaucracy, which will cause delays as it tries to negotiate or find a way to work around the problem. That's the reality of the system as it stands. There's also the fact that so many laws impact so many different things and are so intertwined these days. Just repealing the human rights act would require re-writing myriad laws and regulations to account for the changes, some of which would also need repeal. The scope of the changes is immense.

This is one of the reasons Lowe's policies are getting criticised in some circles, even by people involved in their creation behind the scenes. The headline policy documents are concise by design, but there's no detailed further reading to back them up. The white papers exist, as I understand it, but they haven't been published.

I'm trying to be fair and still assuming that Lowe rushed everything out after the rape gang inquiry because he felt an urgency that hadn't existed before, or possibly for some other reason. The fact he's at least generating coherent policy proposals still puts him miles ahead of everyone else, but if we aren't seeing white papers and more detailed discussions of what's actually involved in repealing the blair-era acts within the next few months to a year, then I'll start being a lot more sceptical of the man.

To counter my own argument, it looks like Lowe is appointing spokespeople to shadow briefs, which is something Farage refused to do for years. Absent enough MPs to form a shadow cabinet, the next best thing a party can do to get policy in front of the people is to appoint spokespeople to handle particular briefs, as they form a single point of contact and can maintain a coherent overview of party political positions. He's got a local government spokeswoman already, which makes sense as he seems to be pursuing an insurgent growth through local government prior to the next election, perhaps with the hope that it will generate more mindshare with voters.

Interesting tweetles:

Aye, it's fairly simple arguments, which I will gladly make again:

Islam is a totalitarian political ideology disguised a religion, which explicitly intends to subjugate or forcibly convert everyone it encounters. It is fundamentally incompatible with a liberal western democratic tradition. Its adherents also rape little girls on a mass scale.

Mass immigration is a net economic drain and has placed unsustainable pressure on already crumbling infrastructure. The country is overcrowded. Mass deportation and strict immigration control is the only way to resolve this.

Are you aware what the definition of insanity is?
Posting here, I think.

To follow up on my earlier post, I think another thing Bob could have gotten in that would have worked well would be to get in specifics of the legal obstacles. She was pressing him (rather gently, tbh) on the practicalities how how Restore's aims were actually possible. What, imo, he could have done would be to say: "In our policy proposal we've identified several legal changes that would make this more possible: repealing Tony Blair's 1999 Immigration and Asylum Act, the 2002 Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act [...]" etc. She's not wrong to ask "how do expect this to actually work". He dodged and deflected and turned around the questions very effectively, but Restore do actually have some clear answers to a lot of this so it would have been effective for him to give them.

I expect we will see more of him though so he'll get his chance. He'd better start preparing though. She is someone who is herself a critic of mass immigration and Islam. Next time he's on TV, it'll probably be one of the attack dogs he's given.

I hope, and this is massive, double-rainbow levels of hope, that Lowe/Restore, select sane members from other parties to push their sane goals.

For example sensible green policies and someone must have sane views which Britain can get behind if platformed by Lowe. We should ban all batteries that cannot be recharged via USB cable (they do exist). We throw millions of tons of highly toxic batteries into landfill every year, needlessly.
I would like to see a complete ban on vaping and the production and distribution of vapes. We dispose 1 million vapes every day. A complete waste of plastic, Li-ION and metal, not to mention the harm they cause to the environment through the full life cycle; manufacturing, shipping, using, disposal.

I don't just want Britain to return to 97%+ of whites, I want historic and institutional issues to be resolved and sensibility brought back to these lands.

Restore Britain. Restore 'Good times'. Restore The Empire.
