If a woman gets pregnant, she has to give birth and raise the child. No, she can't get child support from the father because she shouldn't have had sex if she didn't want a kid. Clearly, the father didn't want a kid, and it's not his body that's pregnant, so he's absolved of all involvement. Yes, it takes 2 to tango, as they say, but it's not his fault his sperm impregnated her. She should've kept her legs closed if she didn't want him to cum inside. No, we won't tell him not to do what he wants. He's a man; he can do anything to her, and it's her fault it happened.

I knew a family back in the day.

He (the father) dated his wife since their teen years. In their teenage age, he got her pregnant. He stayed, and they had three other kids. She didn't go to college and raised the kids, while he worked.....and continued to cheat on her for a decade with prostitutes and other women, while also doing meth.

Their three daughters all got knocked up in their very early 20s, most of them ending on government assistance, none of them graduated from college. The fathers stayed in the picture, but all three fell into this trap and now they're stuck in it.

The youngest girl- she was going to college, until she got pregnant by a man and she dropped out. She was the only one who actually had a chance, and now she's in the same place as her sisters.
