The US needs PR as a state less than almost as much as it does Haiti. The only people I see even going on about it are the hard dems that know it'll add dem senators and electors and crap. We should've cut them loose a long time ago. I can see in the early days it was an advantage but it's just a money sink now.

Not that i disagree, if you look at their actual petition it says they need to update some plants to come in line with environmental regulations. Of course Louisville's rate is almost 4¢ cheaper per kwh than EKY
