🍗 Deathfat Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

Delusional and angry and spiteful. Why does she care so much if other people want to lose weight? What does it matter to her? If she enjoys being fat, fine, go for it, that's her right, but I don't think she or any FA actually does (except maybe for the rare fetishist), because people who are truly happy with their own lives and themselves don't worry about and militantly police others, nor do they feel a burning desire to bend the world to THEIR will and way of thinking.

Crabs in the bucket. Keeping your BMI at a healthy level is objectively good, being obese is objectively bad. It's not a matter of opinion, and they know it.

Miserable, unhealthy people want to surround themselves with other miserable, unhealthy people, and they will drag anyone who isn't miserable and unhealthy, down.

Has Kristin ever said anything funny? I mean intentionally funny?
Is this supposed to be funny or is it anti-comedy where the joke is on the audience?
I think her bizarre appearance is the only reason she gets booked. She's considered mildly amusing by whoever books her show because she says almost chuckle-worthy things while looking like a monster from a campy horror-comedy movie. She offsets the usual male comedians by being female and contrasts with any other female comedians because...well, look at her.

If Kristin had a normal body and an average face, she'd be performing small sets at a deserted club's amateur night. In some ways she's lucky she's hideous. On some level she might know it and that's why she works so hard to look even worse than she would in appropriate clothes and makeup.

Is there a thread discussing the absolute insane fandom around Heated Rivalry? Poor Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie have legions of obese women and fujos engaged in bloody combat as to whether or not they're actually gay.

Might I invite you over to the Omegaverse, Yaoi and MPreg fandom discussion thread? As dreadful as the name sounds, there's been some discussion about HR over there. (To my knowledge, HR does not have its own dedicated thread, so this is the next best thing.)

A woman like Kristin need not be a comedienne when her entire appearance tells jokes before her mouth can even open.

The PSPH gorls posted a new fat-ride-able review of the Reptar Go-Round at Nickelodeon Universe at the American Dream Mall. You know, a children's ride.

Some key takeaways:
- Sarah struggles enormously to get on her ride for some reason and they film her doing this. It's funny.
- Many rides at Nickelodeon Universe have weight limits, ya know, to deter fatties and weird adults since this park is clearly for CHILDREN. Luckily, this ride did not have a weight limit listed (lolfat)
- There is a small step up onto the platform, it being a carousel and all
- The gorls looked for the Reptar ponies that were lower to the ground so they could get on more easily. This proved to be difficult regardless.
- Deanna and Steph were able to buckle their seatbelts but the employees gave them the OK to unbuckle if they wanted to (I mean...those are quite obviously meant for children, but okay)
- There's a little teacup seat available that Steph claims is "pretty small" even though it looks generously proportioned to me (pun not intended)
- Ashley "isn't a fan of rides that spin" so she chose to sit this one out, aka she was too fat to swing her leg up over the Reptar pony

Steph and Ashley (who are still at Disney World, mind you) also shared a mini mukbang of all the healthy snacks they ate (that they showed us) in one Saturday at Magic Kingdom, which included:
- hot lattes, cheeseburger spring rolls (this was their "little breakfast"), bacon on a stick, some kind of Alice in Wonderland-themed iced coffees drizzled with sugar and whipped cream, and dinner (some Thanksgiving plate looking dish) at Liberty Tree Tavern, so not TOO excessive for our gorls.

If this was an occasional thing, like you're on vacation and say, "fuck it" then okay. Part of the fun of going to places like Disney is trying new foods. Then you go back home, eat sensibly and maybe do a bit more cardio. But not when it's practically an every day thing for these people.

God help me I think it's genuinely very sweet to take your nana to Disney World even if you're mostly only there to gorge yourself on ultraprocessed food.

Steph's dad is there too and he seems skeptical about all of the processed junk, including this Italian aperitif soda. Seems like a good guy.

The post was too long to screenshot in its entirety but some real points about how magazines want you rail thin and how you do need some fat mixed in with insanity like thinking your bmi is permantly set or softly implying you need the bmi of a bear. In particular I'm mati about the bit about the idea that they can't lose weight because of how their body "developed" like noone has ever gone from overweight to underweight or vice versa. Op mentions weight loss pills, bland food and starvation responses so presumably tried to lose weight eating nothing but tasteless food and crash diets and when that failed concluded that obesity was a myth.

We need to start seriously treating the concepts of "obesity" and "weight loss" as a dangerous pseudoscience and I'm not kidding.

It's some shit that everyone thinks they can understand based on vibes but science just doesn't work that way. Real scientists have proved time and time again that it doesn't work how people assume. Many medical conditions where it's assumed weight is a "cause", something to blame the patient for, it's often actually a symptom.

Body size is based on so many individual possibilities. genetics, upbringing, wealth, what type of food you eat, what type of work you do, where you live, etc etc etc. it is impossible to control for all of these.

I was a child born to fat, impoverished, labourer parents, and I grew up doing farm labour, gaining muscle - I will never ever be thin. It's just how my body developed. And no matter how much weight I were to hypothetically lose, doctors would still push me to lose more. Family would push me to lose more. Society would push me to lose more. It will never ever ever be enough. You will never be thin enough, there is no bmi low enough to satisfy them, there is no "progress" that won't just make them pity or shame you even more. Your personal circumstances aren't important to a pseudo-scientific practice, the variables don't matter that much, it must be a one-size-fits-all solution.

Every weight loss pill, every low calorie shake or meal replacement, every weight watchers frozen meal, it all contributes to the pseudo-scientific cult of thinness. Every ad that says you're not good enough, it pushes you to drop your critical thinking skills. We have created a world where people think shitting themselves into thinness using potions with untested ingredients is healthier than having some fat on their bodies. But it's not! That's absurd! You're sending your body into a constant state of gastric shock!! And one day, when you get bored of eating tasteless nutrient paste and decide to eat something with some flavour in it, your body will react with a starvation response and store every little bit of fat that it can, because it's so used to being fucking starved. Which sends people into a panic response, buying up more pills and trying to crash-diet and lose their meagre protective layers.

Your body stores fat because that's your reserve energy. Fat is protective. I thank my body every day for storing so much energy for me, fuck knows I need it! That's your blubber!! You are a large mammal. Your body is designed to keep energy in reserve so you can sleep and stay warm and keep your brain alive. You should research the human metabolic process. You should research the cow metabolic process. You should research bear metabolic process. YOU NEED FAT!

And just like so many other pseudosciences, fatphobia and all that it entails is deeply rooted in racism and specifically antiblackness. It is not a mistake that the ozempic-chic era is coinciding with one of the biggest waves of open, globalised white supremacy we've seen in decades. Whiteness needs to perform & police whiteness constantly, maintaining appearances is THE way to stay part of the ingroup.

You must commit to removing yourself from that ingroup. Do not allow it a single toe in the door. A pseudoscience, no matter how comforting and easy to digest it may be, is not your friend. It is feeding you lie upon lie upon lie.

This bit is particularly ironic.

The core tenet of FA is that it is not possible to lose weight. If they see someone else losing weight, a crab escaping the bucket, this tenet is disproven. This raises some awkward questions about the grievance and victimhood narrative, which threatens their self-esteem. If that person can lose weight, why can't you? Therefore, the crab must be dragged back into the bucket to avoid such uncomfortable thoughts, or denigrated and symbolically excommunicated if the crab does manage to escape. It's about keeping up the grievance and victimhood narrative in the name of protecting their self-esteem.

The grievance and victimhood narrative must be true to keep blaming others for their unhappiness. If it isn't, then their misery might be their own fault, and we can't have that. The individualism of escaping the bucket requires personal responsibility, something that is anathema to the crabs.

lol, the irony. Weight loss is one of those things that is simple (lower energy intake) but not easy (humans and all animals are powerfully driven to eat because to not do so when you can means you might die in lean times.) it’s not pseudoscience but HAES certainly is.
It’s tough to lose weight. We are surrounded by an abundance never before seen in our history. Weight loss takes discipline and time and anyone who does it is to be congratulated.

Show me any time in history where humans were starved or food rations were short and there continued to be morbidly, even obese people and then I’ll agree that weight loss is a pseudoscience.
I am not that into weight loss science so take this with a grain of salt but as far as I know the starvation response thing refers to a phenomenon where if you suddenly start consuming too little food from one moment to the other the body will think you're starving and will try to save calories. It makes sense from an evolutionary perspective and would explain why ops crash diets instead of healthy weight loss didn't work. People in concentration camps and whatnot just starved more than someone on a crash diet and burned through it.

That's what I was referring to with there being some actual points in there. There's things like mentioning how eating godawful food then cracking isn't sustainable weight loss making it seem like OP actually tried but then you're hit with insanity like your body type being permanently "set" from your upbringing and the shit about cows and bears. I'm not sure how many people actually checked out the full post in the spoiler but I'm begging people to read the bit about cows and bears.

When some 300lb purple hair goes into a calorie deficit the body has a hundred thousand calories or so to burn in fat stores before it goes into any sort of "starvation mode" -- which is cannibalizing muscle tissue and other critical areas of the body in order to survive. Metabolism naturally slows with weight loss. A 100lb gorl's metabolism might burn 1.2K calories a day. A deathfat's easily over 3K. Deathfats think that a slowed metabolism from weight loss is unhealthy and leads to yo yo dieting. It really has nothing to do with it, and mostly is due to emotional eating and hyper palatable food like fried starches and fatty meats and candy being so abundant in the West.

The most infamous study for fatties is the "Minnesota Starvation Experiment" which they've managed to twist, distort and downright lie about in order to argue any weight loss is bad. Well no shit starving someone to death for science produces some ill effects. That's not in any way what some blubber butt experiences going from 40% body fat to a more reasonable 20%. The men in the study were in the 3-5% body fat range at the end, which will kill you eventually.

It really is just "Anorexics, holocaust victims and 2000s beauty standards exist, therefore I can't be obese". Really just forcibly swinging the pendulum to the other side, using one extreme to justify your extreme instead of looking for the middle.

Then again that's how Americas relationship with capitalism and idealised communism works too.

Speaking of HAEs and weight loss, people have been absolutely chimping out over Serena William's GLP-1 Super Bowl commercial.
Screenshot 2026-02-10 at 7.50.49 PM.png Screenshot 2026-02-10 at 7.51.57 PM.png Screenshot 2026-02-10 at 7.54.10 PM.png

I don't get it. These drugs are NOT OBJECTIVELY BAD IN ANY WAY (nor is weight loss/maintenance for that matter, which is what they promote, NOT starvation/emaciation as these retards seem to believe) and if anything, help a lot of people (including women Serena's age) maintain their hormonal health, not just weight. They're endocrine medications, not speed tablets.

By all accounts, they are miracle drugs for a number of reasons, and anecdotally have even been known to help increase fertility in women, lower overall inflammation/pain in people with chronic pain conditions, help regulate periods and even strengthen the immune system (many people on the drugs report almost never getting sick anymore or seeing a drastic reduction in colds/flus). Serena explains in the commercial that post-pregnancy she struggled to get back to her previous weight, but people are acting like she called herself and everyone watching a fat disgusting whale or something.
