Iran Crisis & the 2026 War between Iran and the United States, Gulf States, and Israel - Please focus on news and coverage, not argumentation.

The talks are back on:
1770238403800.png
The Gulf states are begging we at least try and we will only talk about nukes.

I hope the USA allowing Iran to dictate the location and subject matter of these pointless talks is to provide a veneer of diplomacy to further justify bombing the shit out of them.

History lesson:

In 2020 the IRGC made a dummy aircraft carrier modeled after the carriers the US uses. They tried sinking it as a show of force in an exercise by shooting missiles and rockets at it but it sustained only superficial damage, so then they landed on it and placed explosives in critical areas. It still didn't sink. The Iranian Navy finally gave up having failed to sink a defenseless dummy carrier.

1770241466358.png

They decided to tow it back to port and somehow it capsized during towing, leaving it at a 45 degree angle.

1770241733112.png

The model was blocking the entry to the Bandar Abbas port, Iran's most critical port, and ships had to steer around it.

Iran talks collapsed.

They were willing to discuss a nuclear deal but they were not willing to discuss ending their ballistic missile program, their sponsoring of terrorist proxies, or discuss fair treatment for protesters. They also wanted to move the location at the last minute.

Color me pikachu, muslime can't be reasoned with, who woulda thunk
I could've told them that before thousands more were murdered.

Why don't they have a lolcow thread (Nationcows)? They've got layers of that stuff.

If I remember it right, you can't have sex outside of marriage. So at their brothels some official marries you and the whore and divorces you when you're done. Tons of great stuff like that.

If Russell Greer were a Middle Eastern country, he'd be the IRGC.

imagine antagonizing the americans for 40 years when THIS is the state of your military capabilities
insane levels of delusion

I will never understand how anyone takes the Quran and Muhammed seriously. What a joke religion.
The truth is easy, Muslims don't know what Quran and Hadith says. They are Muslims because their parents were Muslim, their friends are Muslim, their governments are Muslim and being anything but Muslim is a way to persecution going from social isolation to death penalty.
Ask them about any inconvenient truth, they will dodge the issue by saying they don't know, or that it's an error of translation, or that it's a fake news by islamophobes, etc...
Islam is not an Orthodoxy oriented religion, but an Orthopraxy oriented one. Most care only about behaving like they are expected, but don't really care about what they should believe.

Just wait until you learn how many exceptions go the "don't be gay" rules there are

This actually makes sense as damaged ships in motion are more at risk of sinking than if they are sitting still.

Assuming the sea state doesn't just rock the boat for them.

Tons of RCH flight traffic right now, 3 inbound to CENTCOM AOR, 2 outbound from CENTCOM AOR, and 2 headed to UK/EU (and possibly CENTCOM from there).

I think it's fair to say that, while something did happen, it won't be the happening to make a big change, at least for now.

Burton, John. 1996. An Introduction to the Hadith. Edinburgh: Edinburgh University Press. p. 201 (lifted from a Wikipedia citation from the "Orthodoxy" article):
Sunni: Of or pertaining to Sunna, especially the Sunna of the Prophet. Used in conscious opposition to Shi'a, Shi'í. Since there is no ecclesia or centralized magisterium, the term 'Orthodox' is inappropriate. To the Muslim 'unorthodox' implies heretical, mubtadi, from bid'a, the contrary of Sunna, and so 'innovation'.

Iran: "Ha! Stupid Great Satan! We'll make a model ship and sink it!" Fails miserably.
America: "We have fucking lasers."

In regards to a post I made back on the 15th:
Yup, I forgot nigger day was Monday. Gonna get me some Popeyes. Anyone want to share a bucket of fried chicken and Monitor the Situation with me? No homo.

Speaking of Monitoring the Situation, I noticed something while watching the JANET flights in and out of Area 51 and Tonopah:

A C-17 taking off from Creech AFB, the Air Force's Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Battlelab. I'll be watching it to see where it goes. If it goes to the Gulf we could be using some spicy new drones soon.
That C-17 was most definitely carrying RQ-170s to the Gulf. The same stealth drone used to monitor the churroing of Maduro. Here's a video about the base:

This seems unprecedented, at least as far as I've observed since this most recent round kicked off.

There are now 4 RCH flights outbound from CENTCOM AOR and 3 visible inbound to CENTCOM AOR with an additional 1 inbound that just disappeared off ADSB in the usual spot for flights into Israel/Jordan/etc right before I took this screenshot.

The 2 coming from North America are still tracking toward UK/EU.

Still doesn't beat the 12 that were flying at once before Midnight Hammer but it is more than anytime since this shit kicked off. The talks in Oman this Friday won't amount to anything so we might be seeing something by the end of the month.

That's a lot of pizza being ordered on a Wednesday night at 7:30pm near the Pentagon.

The RQ-170 was always fascinating to me.
Supposedly they use a highly modified Williams International FJ33 designed for endurance and long run time with fuel efficiency which we can deduce from its size and the specs of the engine Iran came out with a few years after they recovered the one that crashed in 2011.

Jahesh-700 (Leap-700) is Iran's first turbofan engine, which incorporates cutting edge single-crystal blades technology. defense minister described it similar to engine of drones used in advanced countries including the RQ-170 which was captured by Iran in 2011.

This engine has 700kg thrust and can be installed on planes with up to 4000 kg weight. it increases the flight ceiling of Iranian drones to 60000ft.
Jahesh is modular, has advanced control system, has very long TBO (time between overhaul) and very low fuel consumption which gives the long flight endurance to our drones.
Second pic is a document demonstrating how Iran achived CMSX-4 Single-Crystal Nickel-Based Superalloy techniques for the engine.
