Its not surprising that the IRGC is being retarded they really are more retarded then any of us can comprehend. China and Russia have pretty much told Iran good luck and fucked off they have no line of defense nobody is coming to there defense if we run strikes, im not even counting there proxies because they won't do jack shit.

If they try to do stuff with there navy I hope we have an operation praying mantis 2 but this time its there whole fleet if they even have one.

It worked on cargo /tanker ships and oil refineries, but only because there is a lack of reinforcements.
and they are seeing if they can still do it when there is actual reinforcements. and do it on the military itself.

Agreed, the biggest gift in the world we could give them is to pull another Flight 655 incident so they can cry about it to the UN and make us look like assholes so we back off.

They'll keep pushing things, I wouldn't be surprised if they start playing "I'm not touching you" games with the fast attack boats and try to stress the air defense C2 with drones until we fuck up and shoot down something we didn't intend to, you know, like, hypothetically a flight of F-18s in the recovery cycle.

I mean if you did any of those things to me I would consider it an act of war yes. An act of war doesn't always result in a war. There are other things going on and other reasons why it might not at the time but smaller actions have provoked bigger conflicts than what you mentioned.
