I've spotted German, French, Italian, British and of course American military aircraft coming to and from that base nearly constantly over the past few weeks.

A video from Tabriz also shows Azeris chanting in support of Pavlavi.
If anything what you said it was true to an extent and would have the potential to possibly effect non-local military traffic movements. Especially given overall level of military traffic that is not local to and from that region has decreased significantly since yesterday. In addition to what you pointed out the other day, that the NATO's annual Steadfast Dart has also begun in Central Europe. So overall I would dare say that it does have some effect on the current coming and goings.
But currently it is pretty quiet right now, so that could say a lot itself but otherwise if nothing ever happens within the next several days, it'll be worth watching the rates of in and out non-local military air traffic. I may as a whole begin jotting down the amount of air traffic that comes in and out whenever I have free time and work it into some graphs so we can easier monitor the frequency over the next coming weeks.
But as of military aircraft I have observed today that are non-local between 4:38 AM and 5:14 AM EST UTC-5 approaching the region/inside the region. But as of writing I can no longer spot them.

However there is currently a British drone in the air. A General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper, REG PR010 flying south of Cyprus.
In addition other sightings over the day involved a French Airbus A-400M REG.:F-RBAV just touched down and turned off transponders at the same time of writing in the city of Dammam, Saudi Arabia. I'm not exactly sure if relevant but King Abdulaziz Air Base is located in that Saudi city. Which actually seems like quite a large airbase.
I also for autistic reasons attempted to transcribe (not transcode sorry) the intermissions I recorded. So if any of you care for it here they are. I just noticed as of posting that, there is a British Eurofighter in the air as of right now off the coast of Israel. REG.:ZK370 EUROFIGHTER 2000 and there appears to be a British AIRBUS A-330-200 REG.:ZZ331 in tail of it. They look like they're headed towards Cyprus?
*quick note I wanted to add. There is the British airbase named RAF Akrotiri located directly South of Cyprus. So likely worth also watching for future activity.
