You don't "do" anything to "fix" it because the court has no remedy. It cannot go back in time and change that biden (or the theater kids working him like a jim henson puppet) was in power for 4 years. It cannot refund trump a term on his US President loyalty card.

I expect the idea is, after showing this, use the political will to (hopefully) push through voter ID requirements for federal elections.
