A video of Ahmed went viral last week after she was detained by Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) for two days and released without charges.

Ahmed addressed the Minnesota State Capitol press briefing room with bandages on her head on January 21.

'I got kidnapped by ICE,' she said, according to CBS News.

Ahmed said she sustained a concussion at the hands of the agents who arrested her. She alleged the officers shoved her to the ground and called her a racial slur.

'I'm Somali, I'm proud to be Somali,' she said. 'To me, being Somali isn't just eating bananas with rice. It's very hard to describe what it means to be Somali and what it means to be American.

'It's kind of like a cultural fusion, like the bananas and rice.'

The thing that gives me pause is the taillight - as someone who's replaced many of them in my life, it doesn't seem correct to me that the entire housing would come loose like that. The assembly is usually bolted to the frame, and this one pops out like it was just glued in. I'd like to see another angle or confirmation from another source.

(granted, it's been over a decade since I worked in a Ford dealership, so they could very well just be gluing them in these days - anybody able to figure out the model year on that Expedition to pull the shop manuals?)

I think if one would check the model of car and how the cables of the taillight run, that would be a very strong indicator.
