I'm not praising the guy but it seems like one dude with a nasty attitude and a trench STN shotgun seems to resolve issues somewhat quickly. His face is bleeding and some EMS is offering help. He's refusing and asking "where are the local cops?"

So, when ICE goes to find them later, they'll be there and it'll all match. This is a very interesting consequence of generations that grew up on stories which profess that righteousness is inexplicably connected with victory. They necessarily believe that they will definitely win for no reason other than that they're sure that they're correct, and that the only reason that the bad guys might not want to publicly identify themselves is because they're evil and therefore doomed to failure.

It's a really bizarre twist on the classical idea of divine morality, trials by fire, and that sort of thing. It ascribes to the idea of a just world where righteousness alone is enough to guarantee that you will succeed.

It's conspicuously religious for a group of people defined by their rejection of contemporary religion. Almost like we're looking at the primordial soup of how tenets of faith and ritual are born on the ground in realtime, one post-hoc rationalization at a time.

Funny how that happens.

The specific video I'm thinking of was near a decade ago after a good shoot by police. I think it was also the one where the sister was talking about “Take that shit to the suburbs. Burn that shit down! We need our shit! We need our weaves. I don’t wear it, but we need it.”
It was the sister of Sylville Smith.


There was that spat from like 2012-2018 where the riots were fucking crazy and violent, but it seemed like it was generally restricted to the specific city/state. Now its all boomers and unemployed theater kids waving trans pride flags in the middle of the day across the nation.

But not really at all. If you want to take a materialist view, they believe the correct and good people always win because they're in a group that still exists and self defines as good, so it's not the birth of divine right thinking, it's the endgame of it, where they can't possibly lose because they've made every winner in the past a group on their own side through narrative building.

The best argument against leftism is a leftist speaking sincerely about their real beliefs. Leftist attempts at sincerity range from Reddit mod pronouncements (peak cringe) to misanthropic tranny rants (utterly deranged).

The failure of sincerity is why they've increasingly opted for the SA-style irony leftist all lowercase, no punctuation, snarky, feigning to be aloof and apathetic and above-it-all, pretending not to understand, mode of discourse. Dave Smith is a deeply confused human being. His cachet in libertarianism comes from being a believer in Rothbard and Mises, who were anti-state but non-communist anarchists. Which should imply that he opposes borders and laws and shit like that. But for some reason — maybe trying to grow his audience, or maybe because he became a father and sensed that gay race anarchy is bad for our future — in recent years he tried to court the MAGA crowd, triangulating some Hoppe-style position where you're a free market extremist but you still support borders somehow. But now, when we have a President who is enforcing borders, he's trying to swing back away from it again and cry about how ICE is mean for violating the heckin' NAP when people try to shoot them and hit them with cars.

Trump's popularity has attracted a lot of grifters who really don't share an ideology with actual conservatives, and who have no interest in making America great, and who are emotionally and politically incontinent.

I've pointed this out to normies today, but you can have four things be true.

A. He had a right, like all Americans, to own and carry a gun, even if his state is gay and said he can't.

B. He shouldn't have gotten into a physical altercation with federal officers; he's a moron for trying to stop them from doing their job.

C. He shouldn't have bought a fucking Sig.

And D. His death shouldn't have happened. It was an accident caused by his shitty Sig misfiring, but we have every right to not be sad about it, man was an ANTIFA, Commie Faggot.
