The Ark of the Covenant was in the First Temple, which served as the signifier that this was the case. The Temple they were in, the Second Temple, didn't have the Ark since it disappeared before the Babylonian conquest. Selling or doing any form of business in the temple was forbidden, which is why Jesus was so angry.
Think a little harder. The prophesy exists for a reason, and a prophesy you can intentionally fulfill with a simple statement isn't worth a whole lot.

If the evidence is significant enough, yes. There's very little that a prosecutor and judge team can't do if they really want to. The DA would be really embarrassed if they attempted to retry someone with additional evidence and failed to convict a second or third time, but they care less and less about being embarrassed these days..

It is in a weird roundabout way. Turning over the states' voting, Medicaid, and food stamp records would help the DOJ prove that blue states like Minnesota are using illegals to commit massive fraud, both voter fraud and monetary fraud. Ending the sanctuary policies would allow the state police, in theory, to actually start arresting criminal illegals again and helping ICE to detain them. The reason ICE is on the ground in the first place is that Minnesota doesn't do the prison hand-offs that states like Arizona or Florida do.
The sanctuary city bullshit is what prevents them from being deported and prosecuted under federal law so I don't understand what she is trying to do here.
