Exactly 1:00 in you can see an ICE officer pull his gun out, pretty sure he's the one who fired first from close range. I can't quite see but it seems like he's reacting to something the retard is doing (reaching for his sig?). Before he shoots him he pushes the other officers back and gets a clean shot, then backs up and finishes mag dumping him.



ETA

At 0:55 you can hear ICE say he's got a gun and pooner goes "No I Don't," then a cop pulls his gun but the way the woman is moving it's right when the pooner is pulling his gun out of his pocket and it fires, then the cops fire on him.

Maybe I'm deaf but I don't hear that.
