Feels like a flashier reiteration of 2025, also weird to see the DoD and Gulf of Mexico referred to as the DoW and Gulf of America. Anyway, personal list of notables:
- Reiteration of commitment to Monroe Doctrine
- Allies in Asia via India
- Increased "burden sharing" a.k.a. having NATO countries build their own armies and defenses
- Revitalize the MIC (we need another 50s/60s cold war for that Don)

Honestly I have to skim this because it's infected with very poor prose. Feels like AI at some points with the number of em-dashes in it. Unreadable.

- DoW will continue supporting DHS on the border. It's listed at the top of domestic priorities.
- Secure key terrain from the Arctic to South America, specifically Greenland and the Panama Canal (didn't we give that up?)
- Modernize nuclear forces (shit, maybe we will have another true cold war)
- Anti-Islamic terrorist activities on homeland, in Africa, etc.
That's it. May have missed some stuff but there's nothing new unlike the 2025 version.

If you're referencing when Carter gave it up, yes. If you're talking about Trump's earlier claim about it last year, it's been pretty quiet, but at least from what I understand, Rubio was negotiating with Panema for a while. No idea what happened with that.

Not too familiar with the history. A quick glance and it seems Rubio and President Mulino had a meeting but it wasn't productive. Oh, also Blackrock bought 80% of the ports on either side of the canal. Fun.
