While I understand the sentiment of messages like this, everyone be should be made aware that First Amendment's provisions protecting freedom of speech and freedom of the press did not originally to apply to the governments of U.S. states and instead was generally only applied to the federal government. The First Amendment was incorporated through the Fourteenth Amendment with the ruling of Gitlow v. New York in 1925. Prior to this landmark decision (and Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Co. v. City of Chicago in 1897), the old precedent was Barron v. Baltimore which established that state governments are not bound by the Bill of Rights.
