If the US' far-left courts don't self-correct soon (and/or SCOTUS doesn't spank them down for this shit and Congress doesn't impeach bad judges), those "all-powerful" judges will begin experiencing the feeling of losing all their power. The weakness of anarcho-tyranny is that it's completely dependent on the entire government functioning in absolute lockstep and citizens remaining terrified of pushing back at all. It only works when the courts can weigh in (releasing obvious criminals, punishing obvious self-defense). If criminals never see the inside of a courtroom, and police never present citizens for punishment for self-defense, the courts can't do fuck all and it's an uphill battle to get the courts back into the picture.
This has happened throughout history. It takes awhile to start, but once it does, woah boy things get "fun" fast.
I'm always glad to see other people recognizing this important issue., You'll know things are hitting warp speed when some Soros DA and their faggot judge pet get zero'd by some mournful father or husband. Bonus points if its a group activity and they do a hat trick where they all hang together with the criminal.
This has been my continual issue that I consider extremely important, which is the way that the Democrats/Uniparty/Marxists are constantly and obviously undermining the foundations of a peaceful, civil society. Frankly, they simply do not recognize the fragile nature of institutions, and believe they have infinite inertia to exist forever while subverted. This is because they exist entirely within very complex academic sophistry that insulates them from both reality and second order effect because they
reject reality and substitute their own. They ironically believe in the
tabulas rasa for not just people, but all reality, and if they tear down the existing framework they will be left with...nothing, a blank canvas on which to paint what they want.
What these insane people forget is that the legal and social systems are not some constructed framework that came in existence
ex nihilo, they are
abstractions derived from the fundamental nature of reality and are palatable substitutions to forestall the violence that is inevitable in that reality and its system of limited resources. They operate as a means to resolve social conflict without resorting to violence though mutually agreed upon systems. If these abstractions are distorted or 'gamed' to the point of uselessness, they will be discarded and the old order of violence will re-emerge.
Continually undermining trust in these systems by subverting them to avoid consequences has a cost, and that penalty is the removal of that system from the choices for conflict resolution.
Subvert the courts or DAs and that takes lawsuits or trials off the table. People only buy into the court system because it promised an impartial way to avoid blood feuds, rule by force, and to protect the downtrodden. If outcomes are not determined by an impartial weighing of evidence in the framework of settled law, but by the gross biases of a judiciary seeking conclusions first and rationale after, then all confidence is lost. Why would men surrender themselves to the petty tyrannies of black robed radicals intent on using disputes as political vendettas? They have not even the spectre of divine right, or hereditary nobility, or personal acclaim that had been cited by dictators and kings of the past.
The only authority they have stems from the law, and when they discard the law to pursue their own ends, they forsake any legitimate claim to even the pettiest power. They have nothing to bind men save force, and they will not like the strength that men bring to bear in opposition when an unjust boot is pressed against the innocent neck.
