Make no mistake, the Pokemon DLC, as far as what I had heard is ACTUALLY bad with lots of mandatory grinding to the point where even Serebii and CentroLeaks started getting pissy, but it's very clear that Phil is parroting off people's viewpoints for the sake of money. In fact I seriously doubt he actually enjoys Legends Z-A beyond Jayde paying him to name Pokemon for these 6 months, he was even stalling the main story for a couple months to make sure someone pays to name him the Pokemon.
The key of moving up the corporate ladder is being able to be likeable enough to get promoted while doing as little as possible.
Umm I think now to move up the ladder (especially on tech and gaming giants like Google/Youtube, Microsoft, Discord and every single AAA western video gaming company) is to be both as unlikeable and do as little as possible save for censoring people, flooding algorithms with generative AI videos/posts so actual people will move to places where they will never be heard of again or just vanish and stop making content altogether, manipulating people to pay more for diminishing rewards and creating "meaningful khantent" that only profits shareholders and not customers. Bonus if you are a Jeet or a Wokie.
They are essentially like DarkSydePhil but DSP isn't the only streamer on YT and Kick while YT, Microsoft and Discord are a 95% virtual monopoly so if you want to be seen or download something actually useful, you don't have a choice. And even EA and Activision had way more than 3 or 4 dents to give them money (even if paying them for games is equal to paying DSP for him to play games).

Make no mistake Chris Chan is a creep and a sex pest but at the least Chris Chan fuckups are actually funny and they aren't as frequent as DSP fuckups and are more of quality over quantity blunders. There are (or were) also people actively symathizing with him out in the open at least until he went full tranny and then raped his mother.
DSP almost always fucks up majorly every other day, his fuckups are not funny by any metric and I had never heard of anyone openly sympathizing with him out of paying dents.
