Iryna's death did result in something. In North Carolina they signed in Iryna's Law which made it far, far harder for repeat offenders to get out on bail and has had real tangible effects by locking up people who absolutely should not be on the streets. Kirk died for nothing though. They keep saying how they're "looking into the funders" of antifa and all these other organizations months ago yet literally nothing has come of that, no progress has been shown, and these goons are allowed to terrorize the public unimpeded just as always.

We spend a lot of money on "education." Only 4 OECD countries spent more per pupil on elementary/secondary as of 2019, and only 2 of those were significantly more. Many countries that spend less get better outcomes, so the relationship between spending and outcomes is far from direct (beyond rudimentary levels; I think we can agree that there's a big difference between spending $0 per pupil and $3k, but the difference between $12k and $15k, ceteris paribus, is going to be a lot less clear). We are well past the point where just throwing more money at the issue solves anything except the DNC's funding shortfalls.

The problem with all the money that gets spent on education ends up not in teachers hands, not in the lunch ladies heck in some states its not even the sports programs.
It ends up squarely in the hands of "The school Administration" you know school Administration's that love to skinwalk themselves as teachers even though most of these admins haven't stepped foot in a classroom in years if at all.
They tend to have their "staff development days" and overpriced tax payer paid trips to conferences and nice luxury resorts meanwhile your schools are failing.
Again nearly every broken school system can be traced to fraud within the education system.
