He doesn't seem to have the standard "Autism hobbies", but from the way he acts, he clearly has Down's Syndrome.

Also if you look at his Street Fighter picks and his Routine "Gunshow" stream (this is often overlooked but I think this was one of his most unhinged moments last year especially whem he doesn't seem to enjoy the rest of that game), it's very clear that he's closeted but admitting that he is gay outright would be an insult to his overinflated ego.

Phil’s alcoholism, gout, diabetes, low T (RIP), and poor lifestyle all have left him impotent. Looking at women and asses reminds him of this. That infuriates the pig, reminding him of his failures.
