I'm legit puzzled by this. What is he threatening to do "if he has to" anyways? He can at any time humiliate himself and get his DMs leaked yet again? I just don't get it. It seems to me around Christmas he started rapidly degrading mentally, more than usual. The things he says and does don't make basic sense and he has to do the most insane mental gymnastics to cope and lie about it every time. I don't know if anyone else remembers this, but just before Christmas he was talking shit about Street Fighter 6 fans and players, saying that anyone playing it now is doing it because they're afraid if they don't, Capcom won't release Street Fighter 7. So they dutifully buy the skins anyways, and they're all "retards" among many other insults he used. He said he would never ever return to Street Fighter 6 as he was bored with it and it's a solved game. Two weeks later he was back to playing SF6 on stream. Yesterday he shat all over LTG saying he's a hypocrite who always says he's done with street fighter then goes back to it cause that's all he can do for content. Seemingly forgetting he just did this last Friday. We've already gotten a kingsnake retcon again this year and a retcon of that retcon the day after. He changes daily about whether he is happy and in control of his stream and can play whatever he wants because he now has a chill meaningful positive audience, to being "afraid" because he can't play what he wants. He says has to start wagequitting games immediately as his new strategy, dropping it if it doesn't work once. The day after doing this with Hytale, he explained that this was a horrible business model and that the dents crave long playthroughs and it would never work to quit if one stream failed. He spent the previous shareholder's meeting explaining this was going to be his strategy going forward. Then, all this has happened. Genuinely what was the nuclear element? Calling LTG's cat cute and saying his background is too plain? The warning is that he can do that at any time if he has to, so watch out detractors?
I've been watching DSP for far too long, and he's always been a liar, retconner, hypocrite, but the way he changes his reality day in and day out lately is truly crazy. He's become truly unhinged, and the last few days has been more aggressive towards chatters than ever, even known long time dents who just ask a simple question. I have to wonder if he's having some kind of manic episode. He's always an autistic moron, but lately he's humiliating himself at an alarming rate. He's always lied about everything, and they've always been dumb childish lies, but lately the things he's doing and saying are not even sensical or up to that level. I know everyone always speculates something is "up with Phil", but I really feel like something is up with Phil right now.
